With only one person in front of me, I waited 10 mins. They were waiting for a code for one of the printers which is something the employee could've helped me with in the meantime. Inefficient time management

Shannon, the manager is a gem! He probably realized I looked lost and jumped in to help. His team was actively smiling and helping others. The location is clean. Too many people take the time ti write bad reviews, so I wanted to shine a light in this wonderful place. Do you FedEx business HERE.

Had to ship back a package to my employer. Shannon was very kind, courteous, and helpful. Made what could have been a normal or tedious task pleasant. Even upsold me on a soda and I wasn't even mad about it. Thanks for doing your job with dignity.

I was having some issues trying to print on my own, but the staff was quick to help and made the entire process so easy. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went out of their way to ensure everything turned out perfectly. The quality of the prints was top-notch, and the whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. Thanks to the evening crew on Sunday.
