So upset with the experience. I went in hoping to get some help as this was my first time using FedEx but was let down as they were not attentive and charged an unnecessary high amount for a shipping box. It wasn’t till after I paid that I noticed the difference in prices and they basically had charged me extra items without asking or informing me.I wish I would have noticed before I left but honestly did not even want to bother dealing with them anymore… safe to say I’m never using this service and much less location

Be careful if you buy something online, the seller might have special pricing for shipments with FedEx, however they don't provide reciprocity pricing for returns. $12.99 for the delivery, it was $50 to send it back. Frustrating situation and the lady working the counter didn't have any sympathy; whatever happened to customer service!??

The lady named KAI that work at Mesa store on Alma School is the worst very rude and smart acting, not helpful at all love this store been going here for years always been helpful, but this lady KAI shouldn't be working with seniors

FedEx is Esteemed brand and I don't want to give only 1 Start but the Employee (Girl) who couldn't assist me today with simple job of shipping the package made me write this review. I have been a regular customer at this location. She was very rude and didn't want to assist with calm and she even squeeze my important documents for no reason. FedEx don't deserve employee like her. Just let her go. I am noticing similar complaint review posted by other person 3 Months ago. FedEx PlsTakeAction, Thanks !!

Best . Crew . Ever !I experienced an unusual, complicated and time sensitive issue with a package delivery. Both Andrew and Areyonna were kind and caring and went above and beyond. They took the time to explain the issue from FedEx's standpoint and were in touch with my son, the company sending the equipment, and me to ensure everything worked out. Stellar experience! I'm so grateful to you both!

This was THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had. Lady behind counter was rude and treated all 3 customers in line… I’m still in shock with how pathetic she treated folks. Cancelled a large print order and just walked out in disgust. I’ll NEVER be back to this place

Very rude. She told me she would not refund me my print job. I asked for it to be since she said it take her 5 hours to do it?!?! Crazy.

I've been here a couple of times to print labels and drop off packages. It's small but clean and organized. They have an automatic sliding door at the entrance, which is great for when your hands are full or the store is crowded. The first time I went, there was a line, but the staff was great about checking in with people and moving things along. Printing is easy here and you can email it ahead of time, then release with a code. The staff members are always helpful and friendly. This is so much better than the UPS print/ship center.

Que demonstrated exemplary customer service and knowledge about the company's policies. Holidays can be very stressful with having multiple packages delivered. Que reduced the amount of stress in my day and I will continue to have my packages directly delivered to this specific location solely based on my satisfactory experience today.
