Rude unprofessional and they should NEVER work in customer service.
The employee is racist and I will be filing a complaint with the corporate office tomorrow.
I sent my son to pick up a package. He had the door hanger, my drivers license and his driver's license.
I am white, my son is black. She did not believe this was my son even after seeing his driver's license with my last name. She refused to release the package to my son.
Clearly the only reason she would not release the package is she did not think this was my son. He had all the documents to pick up the package.
The call center in Inda was more helpful then the loosers who work at this facility.
I will NEVER ship or receive a package from FedEx again. I will refuse delivery and insist it be delivered by USPS or UPS.

We just got moved into a new apartment. We have had things delivered from Amazon, USPS, and UPS. No issues getting my packages. Apparently FedEx has different gps or just can not follow directions. Follow was horrible. Actually still have not heard from them and had to go a different route.

Shipped my golf clubs through fedex with Shipsticks (this ship center in particular) they went overnight from New Jersey. FedEx missed the flight to send them air, then didn’t even deliver the next day. We are on day 3 of a golf trip and my clubs still have not been delivered.

I had one important document to be delivered. No Door tag instead got a voicemail that address is not correct. Called up FedEx customer care and got the address verified and they said they had the correct address. Well in short I decided to go and pick it myself from the facility.
Parking is limited. Wouldn’t visiting during peak hours

Unfortunately, I had to drive 39 miles to pick up an overnight express envelope that failed delivery because the driver was not on his normal route and did not know the gate access code.
I have lived there for 9 years and never had an issue previously. FedEx, UPS, Amazon, and others come and go on a daily basis.
No attempt to call the provided direct cellular phone #.
Fred Smith would never have allowed such dereliction of duty.

Representative here hang up on ppl, drivers say they have the wrong address when they dont after confirmation calls, I don't trust my complaint will make it to the right ppl so everyone now can see. There is .1% customers service experience in the building will be going out of my way to never use yall ever again

Horrible the drivers are lazy, they say attempted delivery and failed. This is getting ridiculous everyday they say the same thing and risking returning to the sender. Every other delivery service understands how to deliver to my address including Amazon, Walmart, UPS and any others that I have never had problems with. FedEx seems to have a problem every time and I called their customer service and they say they've attempted and they will make sure it's delivered tomorrow. We'll see. I'm really going to be upset if they return it to sender. I did not spend $800 on this package to have it sent back to the sender and tie up my money and time!

I have a very important package that was being delivered today and required signature. I made sure to be home all day for this. When the delivery driver got in front of my home, he ran up to my door and left a delivery attempt notice and ran back and left. He didn’t have the package in his hand, he didn’t ring the door bell, or anything. I watched it through the door and ran out and as immediately as I did he drove off. I called fedex and they got a hold with the supervisor at this location and told him what’s going on. He has been trying to contact the driver to deliver the package again, and said the driver is not responding. I am so concerned at this point and this is the 2nd time this has happened with the same driver. I feel like it’s an elaborate plan to steal packages… good thing I have my ring footage. Here is the driver’s photo. Hope he isn’t with the company much longer.
