“I cant believe how ignorant some people that are writing reviews for this company are. I went overseas back in 2017, and things happened that my credit suffered, so when I returned I had to finance through the sub-par credit score loan company, which was RA. I financed my vehicle in June 2018, and now I traded in this vehicle, so I had my loan with RA for over 3 years. I never had 1 single issue. Not ONE.Make your payments as agreed and you will not have a problem, do not make them as agreed and you will likely have problems with RA or any loan company. Do not expect the same quality as a Prime Bank, they are not a Prime Bank. But be a good customer and you will be treated as such. On two occasions I had to make a payment later than my due date, I called and set up an automatic payment, and I received first class customer service, not 1 single problem.I have called them a few times, never had a problem getting a live person, when I did they were friendly and helpful. Bank of America told me to pack sand back in 2018, but RA gave me a loan, I knew what the interest was, and I knew why it was higher than I wished for, but they gave me the loan. They even changed my due date in the very beginning to be accommodating. I think that some people who gave negative reviews would have problems with any loan company.The complaints about the principle amount not coming down after making payment. That HAS NOTHING to do with RA. Learn how a loan works, use an amortization schedule and you will see it is based on the interest rate, NOT the loan company! GOOD GRIEF!There is a common theme on this review site. Those who make their payments on time have a good experience, those that do not, have a poor experience. Remember this is NOT a prime lender, they will call you and call you if beyond your due date until you set up an automatic payment, this is not because they suck, this is because unlike a Prime lender, they have clients in a VERY HIGH RISK category for going into default.”
