Zero stars if I could and trust me, this negative review is very well deserved. I called asking how long it would take to put a battery on my work van and they said less than an hour, So I took it there. Four hours later when I asked if my van was ready, they said that they took it upon theirselves to call the fleet company and authorized new tires and an oil change. I explained that I had customer appointments and that they should’ve called me and checked first, but they continued with the services they wanted to do and made me wait more. To top it off the person that was replacing the tires overheard my conversation with the person getting me the keys and paperwork and started screaming at me that the tires were needed. I don’t argue that I might needed tires, my whole point was the lack of communication with me, the one that decided to take the vehicle there for a battery only. I would’ve scheduled to come back the very next day and gotten the tires and oil change. And screaming at me for complaining about their lack of communication just seals the deal of me not coming back ever and leaving this negative review. I really hope a lot if customers read this and don’t use them at all. And not experience what I experienced. Zero starts if I could. Too rude and, zero communication and possibly a scam. Stay away from this service provider..

Last 2 services resulted in wait times in excess of 3 1/2 hours each. Once for a simple oil change and the other for a front brake rotor and pad replacement. Both times the vehicle was put up on a lift and then left with no work being done on it for hours. I made appointments in advance for both services. Very frustrating and disappointing to see your vehicle being ignored for literally hours on end with no explanation as to why. I cannot recommend them.

My vehicle took way longer than it should have. I took it in at 9am with an appointment and was promised it would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half. I didn't get it back untill after 11 am. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation.

I had a terrible experience with Firestone. I called on 01/23/24 to confirm my appointment with Emily for 4:30 on 01/26/24. However, she informed me that it was not possible as they close at 5 pm. I pointed out that their website stated they were open until 7 pm and that I had planned to pick up my car the next day anyway. Emily insisted that Google was wrong and that I would have to reschedule my drop off.I decided to drive through Firestone to confirm their closing time since I pass by it every day. To my surprise, their closing time was 6 pm. I called back and spoke to Emily again, who once again told me that they close at 5 pm. I informed her that their doors said otherwise. She then stated that "people are out sick today" I asked, "Even though my appointment isn't until 3 days?" she asked to place me on hold. When she returned, she said that they actually do close at 6 pm after all.Throughout our conversation, Emily did not seem interested in helping me at all. She was unhelpful and dismissive, so I decided to cancel my appointment and go somewhere else where they would be more willing to assist me.

I would love to give them 5 stars for my oil changes at this location for but they messed my car up after performing a “brake inspection” It looked like they had students working on my car honestly..I feel so robbed of 150 for a damn brake fluid job to having to fix my master cylinder. I took my car into a VERY reliable mechanic and was told more than just a brake fluid change was done things were definitely not done properly AT ALL! ITS SAD REALLY. It was awful that day. Over priced and constant upsales to make the company money!!!! Last time ill go there.

I couldn’t recommend this location enough!! They fixed my issue with no cost to me because a different location messed it up. Extremely thorough, friendly, and didn’t get annoying when I asked a million questions. Very clean shop too. Great service, 10/10!

I've been here twice and I thought maybe they were just having a bad day the first time I went but nope because the second time I went the service was even worst. I genuinely believe everyone who works there is miserable and lazy. I can't remember the name of the woman I dealt with the first time but the second time employees name was sean, this guy was talking so insanely fast and I had to keep asking him multiple times for the same thing because he kept forgetting from being in such a rush (and no, it wasn't busy I was the only person in there) he truly was acting like he was under some type of influence. There's more to the story but I feel I've said enough ,Don't go here unless you want to be overcharged and have a bad experience.

So we went from 1 star, to 3 star, to ending with a 1 star. (similar issue as many other recent comments I see) Here we go folks! I had a 1pm appointment confirmed today on Saturday, showed up a few minutes early for my Alignment and I asked to add an oil change, they said no problem it'll take UP TO 1 1/2 hours. Great, I'm a mile away, so I walked home to get some exercise. It's now been 2 1/2 hours so figure I'll just walk back it's probably done or close. NOPE, it's still in the spot I parked it in. Walk inside and tell the manager which car is mine and magically there's a bay that just opened up. 30 minutes goes by and somehow my car is "done." (physically/mechanically impossible to do Alignment AND Oil Change in 30 minutes.) I ask the Service Writer for my copy of the Alignment Print-Out (which I recommend EVERY customer does this so you can see your before and after results. Well he goes back to check and Surprise! The technician didn't know there was an alignment on his Service Ticket (which is what my appointment was FOR) So yay, now I waited another 30-45 minutes. I ask for the manager as he's doing that and this guy was already working in his skimpy running shorts and a little tank top about 1 1/2 hours before closing time. Never seen this in my 20+ years of visiting any repair shop. I mean, THE MANAGER. But, he knew why I asked for him and immediately offered to comp my oil change. So right there, saving me that money even after the insane amount of time you wasted for my Saturday, I was going to give them 3 stars. NOPE, because I drove my car to my storage unit 5 miles away on different streets, different lanes and every single time I let go of the wheel, my car now wants to send me into the curb. I had no pulling issues when I came in, I simply came in because I've racked up a lot of miles and hit a lot of pot holes/rough roads, but it was never pulling left or right. So now I'm going to visit ANOTHER Firestone for another one of my free alignments and pray they can correct this issue. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND I PRAY NONE OF YOU DO EITHER!!!!! Don't even bother making an appointment, because I've visited multiple locations in 3 different states and every single time it's been a mediocre experience at best. I'd love if Corporate just gave me my original payment for the Lifetime Alignment Program back because free alignments are completely worthless when they aren't even done correctly, they're actually making my vehicle worse and dangerous to drive. UPDATE 1/7/24: I took my car back and it was a different Service Writer so just explained the alignment was done wrong. She said she'll be sure to have a different tech do it, left it and went home. Called me a few hours later and sure enough, the Toe and Caster both had to be done again because they werent done properly the first time...so 3 adjustments in an alignment and the tech yesterday got 2 of 3 WRONG. I'm now out $15 because using RideShare, but at least my vehicle is driving straight again.

I’ve been coming to get my car serviced with Firestone since the mid 1900’s. Yes I have had an incident with picking up my vehicle after service was done but the store solved the issues immediately. Not this store though. Another location. So I booked an appointment recently online and received a request and a confirmation email. So I proceeded with my appointment. Everything went great. There was an incident where a person came in saying that they had an appointment with them. They couldn’t find anything in their system and asked if they received 2 emails, 1 a request and a 2nd a confirmation email. This person went off the deep end but the staff was able to handle the situation. Needless to say the customer was in the wrong because they never received the 2nd confirmation email. But the staff handled everything in a very professional manner. I highly recommend.
