The best location I've ever been to. Even though it's not the closest location to my home, I make the longer drive to come here. All of the bankers are absolutely amazing. Specifically, Daniel. If he is working, I will wait until he is available instead of working with anyone else. It's worth it; as he's not only friendly, but is accurate, thorough, and I have never had any issues with any transactions when he takes care of me. He knows me by first name and makes me feel like he actually cares, which is hard to come by.

Went in today all there computers where down and the worst part the second in comment his attitude was like he had a stick up his but no customer service all like he was better then me stayed quiet all that time he helped me.

If I can give this bank minus zero stars, I would in a heart beat. Their customer service is by the worse that I ever dealt with in a very long time. I went into this location 2 weeks ago to open up a business checking account, this would be my first time opening a business checking account, but they have non responsive, no update, nothing what so ever. I called last week and they said they needed a few more things from me, which I said if that was the case why didn't you call me? They didn't have an answer. Anyways I gave them what they needed and here is Tuesday and still nothing from them. This place is nothing but BS and garbage. They can take their business checking account and shove it where the sun don't shine.

Terrible bank. I would not suggest them to anyone. I got muscled and harassed and bullied into making an account and im being charged now for things i dont understand. Im pulling my money and going elsewhere

I came in there today to deposit money into my checking account from my husband's card. Once she learned my husband was trans she was super unhelpful. Anyone can deposit money into an account but she went above and beyond to verify that it was me.
Then she wouldn't help. Said the card wouldn't do a cash advance, which it does any other time. She claimed that she was a manager.
But I had to drive to the country club location and a woman who was still in training was able to help and didn't do all the things she did.
If you are LGBT I wouldn't come here. The manager a Hispanic woman with reddish brown hair was rude and mean. She never wanted to help and couldn't even explain why she couldn't get the money off the card. Inconsiderate and rude.

Customer service is horrible, they make me feel like I’m trying to commit fraud by trying to cash a check from my job. I’m closing my account. First convenience bank is so inconvenient.

The one star is simply cause there’s no option for zero I had an account years ago and now I remember why I stopped banking here to begin with now I’m stuck with overdraft fees for a mistake your bank made and then they tell me to request my employer to reimburse me lol what a joke never again glad it happened before I opened an account for my kids

Been a customer for over 4 yrs.. deposit over 10k a month and they don’t make you feel like they’re on your side.. won’t do all they can to help.. it’s kind of like cashing a Bank of America’s check at Wells Fargo..? just seems like a hassle.. I have issues making deposits from the same place my payroll come through.. Just a let down..
