The one star is simply cause there’s no option for zero I had an account years ago and now I remember why I stopped banking here to begin with now I’m stuck with overdraft fees for a mistake your bank made and then they tell me to request my employer to reimburse me lol what a joke never again glad it happened before I opened an account for my kids

Been a customer for over 4 yrs.. deposit over 10k a month and they don’t make you feel like they’re on your side.. won’t do all they can to help.. it’s kind of like cashing a Bank of America’s check at Wells Fargo..? just seems like a hassle.. I have issues making deposits from the same place my payroll come through.. Just a let down..

Literally been w this bank since they opened up .. never complained or asked for any favors . In two weeks they collected 375$ from me in fees . Some not even valid . As a courtesy I asked to have just a couple waived seeing as ive been w you for so long and have always been responsible w my account . They lied and told me they put a request in and that ide get a call in two days .. two weeks Later NEVER GOT A CALL so I went in to talk to the same two people that were rude to me the first time I asked GABRIELLE AND COLLIN WHO IS THE MANAGER AT THIS LOCATION IN TEMPE AZ 1380 w Elliot . So he lies again tells me he sent the request and it got declined . they proceeded to tell me they don't waive fees for any of their customers . If that's the case and you make no accommodations pls explain to me how you are still in business today . So I closed my account . you have one location in Tempe AZ and this is how shitty your service is . I will Make sure to spread the word !!! I honestly truely believe it is because I am black because that was outrageous and I must add I've worked for a bank and credit union before . in some cases reps can reverse fees in other cases the manager is needed . He didn't even try .

This bank is a joke do NOT get an account here. I've gotten 2 overdraft fees that I disputed and customer service in these situations has been the worst I've ever dealt with. The manager here Dustin told me on 2 separate occasions he would be contacting me about my issue and I never heard from the guy. Clear cut case of indifference. You'll run into this everywhere you go with this bank because they operate on the premise that the customer is desperate and can't get an account anywhere else. I'm shutting this account down. They don't listen to reasonable requests or look at proof they just deny all disputes, even honest customer mistakes that EVERY other bank I've used is more than happy to accommodate.Try Chase Secured Banking for $4.95 a month, Go Bank starter kit at Walmart by the gift cards $8.95 a month (free with direct deposit), Bluebird by Amex for free or even TCF Bank...also free...ANYWHERE is better than this place.Putting the customer first is their slogan...I should have known right then to run.

I needed help with my online banking. My password wouldn’t work because I got a new number. I asked the short Mexican chubby Hispanic girl with streaked hair for help. She was rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Her name said supervisor. Not a good supervisor. She laughed with another co-worker while helping me. He was just as ignorant and rude as she was. I will not go to this branch again.

I’ve had this account for about 2 days and today I transferred money into my account from my cashapp (after6) and my money isn’t showing up in my bank!!!! Annoyed that my “instant” cash that I transfer into my bank account isn’t so instant after all. I’ve never had this issues with my old bank, maybe I’ll go back to that bank account. Annoyed!!!Don’t bank here. I tried sending money to myself via pay pal as well (today is Sunday, it’s 4:22pm). This bank will withhold your money until the next day! Do not bank here!!! Still annoyed!!!

I've recently opened a business account here and I am very satisfied with the customer service here specifically at this location. Dustin and Carrington both helped me set up my account. Carlos also has superior customer service as well. These guys are an asset to First Convenience Bank and I think if every location had customer service like these guys, it will be a positive banking experience for everyone. Customer service is the key.

My Fiance got an account about 2 months ago and he always got overdraft fees, this place is a JOKE. Worst bank ever. I literally urge everyone not to come to this bank. Closing account ASAP!
