This credit union has been the absolute worst. Horrible online experience, bad customers service, untrained phone center reps (gave incorrect advice). I'm trying to pay off my car loan and it's been 4 days of nonsense. Wouldn't let me transfer money, failed transfers (one of which apparently did go through but didn't notify me), overpayment, needing to get a refund, not showing info on my account. Just horrible, will not use this credit union again and will be glad to finally be done with them.

It is so hard to get a hold of this credit union! Every time I call, I'm on hold for a while and the couple of times that I have actually talked to someone I get transferred to an automated line that is no help to me. Very frustrating especially when you work a 9-5 job and have very limited time throughout the day to take care of things.

Awful bank. Customer service is the least of their priorities. Whenever I call it's at least an hour on hold. App is full of bugs and annoying issues that disturb my day to day.

This credit union has terrible service. I paid off my car weeks ago and they still have not released the lien on my title. The customer service is terrible. Do not do business with this credit union.! The service is awful!

My account said I had $1000. I used $450. Now my account is in the negative. What the heck. I’m so mad. I’m going to find another bank. This is the second time this has happened to me. Fix your system

Looking at the 3 Stars I can understand, I am going to start the process to Bank elsewhere, have a couple Auto Loans & almost 20 Years Banking here, Horribly Disappointing! Zero Grace Period on Loans, The 3 Stars Shows The Customer Service & Banking Experience With The Staff!’:(( Wont be Quick but time to Go!!!!!!

Awful awful bank. Over 15 minutes of waiting every time you call, no matter what. The services they offer are a joke. Remote check deposit doesn't work. The reps will only ever do the bare minimum. Everything you dislike about a bank is emphasized with First Credit.I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They'll only ever waste your time.

Just financed my dream car through First Credit Union at amazing terms and had a great experience with Velora during the sign up process. After my loan was finished they reached back out to let me know I qualified for a credit card as well and gave me a great offer. Would recommend anyone looking for a local credit union in the area.

I just came from closing out my Sister-in-Law's account because she had passed away. The clerk and the manager were both super nice and helped me without issue. Had a short wait for the 3 people ahead of me but the waiting area was quiet and comfortable. I had not made an appointment. I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience.

The employees at this place are awesome. They are on top of things. When someone got my information somehow, and purchased something in Africa, they somehow knew it wasn't me, and contacted me immediately. I don't respond to unsolicited calls, so immediately I checked my account, then called them. (Correct procedure.) They cleared everything up that same Sunday morning. Yes, I did say Sunday morning. These guys are on top of stuff. I have been with them for many many years, and I would recommend them to anyone who cares about security.

This is the worst credit Union i have ever dealt with. The workers are not friendly and the drive through is the only thing open, and is extremely slow. Horrible customer service!!!
