I was referred here by a co-worker (which always goes a long way with me), and I must say, what a great mom and pop tool store! Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional on the phone. He took the time to go pull my items for me off the shelf and had them waiting for me at the front desk when I showed up. Now that's great customer service!! Kudos to you bud!! I would highly recommend this place!

A craftsman's toy store. Premium tools and a little pricey, but you're paying for a quality product.

Still family owned, with impressive service. Been going there more than a decade. If they don't have something they'll get.

We're very rude when I called on Monday morning I would rather pay full price at home Depot rather than deal with now

If I could give 0 stars, I would. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this place to repair anything. I took a Dewalt generator there for repair, and they had it for over a YEAR and still did not fix it. I will say there is a bit of "shame on me" for allowing them to continue telling me it would "be done in two weeks, just waiting on a part", but the part never came, they blamed "backorder", but A YEAR! Who needs something fixed a year from now? Then, when I said I wanted my generator back, they said they would need to charge me for whatever they had done, or remove whatever parts they had tried to fix it with. I had to threaten to sue the place to get my generator back and it's STILL NOT FIXED. Choose another company for your repair needs. This place is AWFUL!!

Had 2 Makita Batteries that needed warranty replacement, Called Makita and they refereed me to Fisher's Tools. Makita said bring your receipt and as long as the batteries are bad they will replace them on the spot. Drove an hour and the counter person "Mike" said 2-3 weeks, I told him what the manufacturer said and he said we are backed up. I explained I needed these in addition I drove an hour, mind you these batteries were new unused and it didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out and they were bad. I understand there are rules, but Mike has a bit of a chip on his shoulder and needs a lesson in customer service. His attitude has cost them my business and anyone I know. I was actually going to shop there for some tools while there for the warranty but decided I get better service at Home Depot which is incredible to even say.... I'll be contacting Makita as well, these guys even said they are the only game in town or at least east valley, maybe the manufacturer needs some more service centers so these folks value their customers...
