The staff here are super friendly and have the best customer service. A staff went above and beyond to find me the sanrio items I was looking for in the back. I really appreciate the effort!

It was very messy when I went in. There are 5-6 registers available, and only one open with a person scanning people's things with a long line... hire more people.

Never coming back to this location. Only had two registers open with workers that stand there and take all day scanning your items. If you guys are having theft problems that bad just hire security I’m sure the company can afford it.

This is the second time I've been to this location and cashiers are beyond pitiful rude. If I pay for my items I don't need any cashier holding my items until a receipt prints out especially after I deliberately tell my child to get the bag. This big girl literally stands in front of the bag after I told my daughter to grab our bag mind you the cashier scanned my items and watch me pay how ignorant can you be

recently a very close friend of mine who happened to be a black individual had visited this location for first time in a couple of months. as they walked in, they were immediately unwelcomed by the (white) manager who was glaring and intimidating them as they walked into the store. they were only shopping for a father’s day card as this same manager began following them around the store and then ACCUSED them of stealing out of nowhere.
after showing them a video of a COMPLETELY different black person they doubled down and accused them again and called security on my friend without verifying that they were the person they were looking for.
this experience was very traumatizing for them and this location’s staff needs to do better with handling their customers. this racial profiling was very inappropriate and was not handled properly at all. i would reconsider shopping at this location if you are a person of color because apparently we are all the same people that steal.

My friend visited this location for the first time in a couple of months, and was wrongly accused of stealing by the manager. This (white) manager was completely unfriendly, and mocked and intimidated my friend as she presented the footage of a different black woman. To top it off, security was called to the location before they fully identified the real thief. Such an insane display.
Feel free to continue shopping at this location if you're alright knowing that a staff member will racially profile people and will accuse them at the drop of a hat. Hopefully this manager gets dealt with, this is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Someone I know was wrongly accused of theft by the manger of this location and called security on them. They hadn't been to that location in MONTHS, there's no way it could've been them. The only possible explanation was racial targeting because they both happen to be black women. It is disgusting that discrimination like this is continuing to happen in 2024! There is no excuse for this mistreatment, it is unacceptable. Do better to make your costumers feel safe. Do better in knowing for damn sure you got the right person. Absolutely ridiculous.

The manager WRONGLY ACCUSED my friend of stealing and called security on them when it wasn’t even them who stole stuff!! It was someone completely different but the manager got them mixed up and was so mean about it. That is completely unacceptable behavior. This was 100% racially motivated. The WHITE manager “confused” 2 different black people as the same person.
