Quality of jogging pants is very low. Every time I put them on or off , the insulation falls off in droves.

I have one complaint and that is I don't appreciate the girl who checked me out signing my email up for spam. She never asked me for that. She never asked me to join rewards. She just asked me if I had an email that I could use that has an account and I said yes and I gave it to her. Next thing you know every single day I'm getting a bunch of spam in my mail. No thank you. Please do not do that.
The biggest turnoff in the world is spam mail I don't want and people calling me who I don't want to sell me products I don't want. I don't even go to forever 21 very often. That was like the one time and probably a year I have gone because I don't like fast fashion and what it does for our resources. So I probably won't be using the rewards account anymore if that's going to keep on happening because I don't want to get spammed mail every single time. I buy one little item when I don't go there very often and I don't really have interest. I only go there if it's last resort and I can't find what I want from a second hand.

In and out in seconds. Didn't buy anything just returned items. Customer service was great.

Came by around 2:30 pm all doors locked. A bunch of people trying to come in. We were told they were closed for now , but would open in a bit with no exact time.

the fact that they have no plus-size clothing section is beyond wild to me…in 2023? really? the Forever 21 on Camelback Rd and 20th St has a plus-size section so I’m not quite sure what the excuse for this location is, lol

They have good underwear sales. They also send coupons in your email. They have alot of clearance items

Smaller location; these mini versions of Forever 21 definitely make it much tougher to find something you’re interested in.Spent about an hour here but couldn’t find anything comfy enough to purchase.The store was clean. Very, very limited amount of clearance (again… typical in the smaller stores) but the staff was friendly and the store was tidy.

While I am no longer 21, nor do wish to be so (LOL) some of their clothes are perfect for me. Their small short sweaters fit me and look nice on. Some of the clothes make me smile knowing I once wore similar things. As they say fashion trends repeat itself over time. Had a fun time browsing. Shared parking and free WiFi.

Upsets me that they don’t carry plus size clothing in the stores anymore only online. Which makes it difficult to have to send back and wait for it. Discrimination on plus size demographics.
