Great price! Great job! First time at F&S. I'm super satisfied with the service I received today in Chandler. Gentleman scrubbed and sprayed my car before entering the wash, lady toweled it down after I came through the dry cycle. My car was pretty dirty after a trip to Colorado, and now it looks amazing! Above and beyond! I've not experienced this kind of carwash, ever!Service: Wheel washing

I had my car washed at Francis & Sons last week and was totally satisfied with the work. The manager pointed out my badly obscured headlights and quoted me a discounted price to have them polished. Brought the car back today for that service, and WOW, was I impressed with the sparkling headlights - like new! And they did it in less time than was originally estimated. It was my first time here. They have good options and did a good job on a very dirty car. I ended up in the wrong lane for my level of service but they were nice about it. Definitely will be back!

Just got back from a week of off-roading in my jeep with top and doors off and the interior was super dirty.the outside also had several scratches and pinstripes on my 2021 Jeep. The manager talked me into a full detail and said he could get most the scratches out. Well about 7 hours later i come to pick it up and it looks brand new. They did an amazing job. I still can’t believe it. I will be taking my vehicle here regularly from now on. Highly recommend this serviceService: Auto detailing

2nd time I have gone to this carwash.. There is always car wash equipment issues. Be prepared to wait in line. My car was not prepped or sprayed before driving through the automated car wash. The truck ahead of me had to back out of the automated car wash due to issues. I was told to back up and pull over to the side so the truck could backup to exit out of the automated car wash.. No prep was done to my car before going thru the automated car wash.

They took 2 payments out of my account within 2 weeks. No communication as to why. I HIGHLY recommended watching your bank account with this company. I don't recommend because of my account and the fact that 50% of the equipment generally is not working properly.

Watch your bank account they have taken out two payments in the last 2 weeks for $15.99 I thought this was a once a month I didn't think you paid this by monthly. Then when I get there to wash my car it asked me for another payment so frustrated. The only reason I go is because they have two gentlemen that are very kind however most of the equipment is not working anyway. GUARD YOUR BANK ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!

Have frequented this location (W. University Dr. Tempe AZ) on a number of occasions, especially because of the free vacuum. However, today I noticed that once I paid for my $10 carwash I did not receive a free towel. Remind you I have purchase this particular carwash in the past from the same guy. Today was no different. I did notice that when I purchased this wash in the past and a different guy was working I would always receive a towel. Well not with this older guy. He has NEVER given me my towel. I thought that maybe he just forgot. So I didn't think anything of it. Until today when I decided to look in my review mirror and noticed that the car behind me receiving a towel. He happens to be a white man. So I parked my car, got out and asked another worker there if I was suppose to receive a towel with my purchase and he stated "Yes". I informed him that I have came to this location in the past and purchased the same service and this older guy has never given me my towel. He stated that "Ma'am, you can always come and ask us for one". I said yes that is exactly what I'm doing now. So ladies and gentlemen please be aware. I feel and KNOW that RACISM is REAL. Please speak up, keep your receipts and go where you are appreciated and not just tolerated. Francis & Sons Car Wash need to feel ashamed of themselves. It's 2022. Spread LOVE not HATE!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews. People work hard and they should be appreciated. However, this was a poor experience and future customers should know what to expect.I made an appt to get my Silverado detailed. This complete detail package was NOT cheap. The appt was for 8am on a Sunday. I was there at 7:50 and there was only one vehicle in front of me waiting for them to open up. Pulled in at 8:00, handed over the keys and left. I was quoted 3 to maybe 4 hours to complete the detail. I had family in town so we had something planned that would perfectly fill that time before coming back to get my truck. Arrived back at 11:30am and was asked to allow them 2 more hours due to the fact that my truck was black (it was also black when I was originally quoted 3-4 hours) and they were “ backed up”. So we left, went to lunch as well as another excursion. By the time I got back it was 3:30. So they had asked for 2 hours and were given 4 hours. At that point I was told it would STILL be AT LEAST another hour. My truck and one other vehicle were the only ones there, so it appeared that although I was literally there ON TIME when they opened, my appointment was absolutely pointless. After sending my family back to my house (thanks to a friend that had been willing to tote us around all day) I stayed and waited for my truck, and it was FINALLY done at 4:45 pm. I use the term “done” loosely, as the seats were very damp and the floor carpeting was absolutely soaking wet. This, by the way, lead to a very strong mildew odor when we got back in the truck later that evening to go out. There was also a rubber insert piece from my dash that had gone missing. So all in all I was without a vehicle for almost 9 hours and CLEARLY the appointment was not at all honored or respected. Considering the amount of money spent, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. My family and friends were even angry FOR me and strongly suggested I ask for a significant discount/refund. But I am not a “Karen”, and I believe word of mouth goes a long way. Not to mention the fact that they were down to a skeleton crew when the truck was finally done, since they closed at 5:00. So, buyer beware. I do not recommend Francis and Sons.Services: Auto detailing
