A little older looking of a Fry’s but it seems well stocked and clean. No issues typically with parking so it’s a good stop.

This location has really gone downhill very quickly. I watched three employees openly make fun of a customer right in front of me. Disgusting.

Your manager on duty tonight was a very bratty young girl. Unprofessional and actually very rude and dismissive. She could have not cared less about the questions I had for her and gave a flippant and unintelligent and uninterested answer.I don’t like spending money at a very lace that can’t properly provide customer service to paying customers. You could easily do better, in the meantime I will be across the street at the competitive grocery store which is known for friendly and responsive customer service.Fry’s please provide an adult as a manager. If you have a childish manager you will continue to lose customers.Rarely do I shop your store because the service is consistently awful.

The staff is very unprofessional. I think they're probably used to dealing with ASU students. However, I don't feel there's any excuse for the type of customer service I've recently encountered at this store. Without being really specific, I've just experienced in general just a really rude staff. I don't think I'll be back despite this being my neighborhood frys.

Frys use to be my go to store for all my needs. In the last few years it has persistently gone down hill. Veggies and fruit "fresher than fresh" is the only honest advertisement. It not even close to being ripe. Quality meats? Forget it.And, so many items that use to be weekly staples are no longer sold. Not to mention prices. Cereal that was $1.99 is now almost $7.00 a box. T.P triple the price, smaller rolls, and, it's all what you might expect at a public toilet.

There is always a line at register ans self checkout. They have 6 self checkouts there never open. Why?

Kroger has raised its prices significantly and reduced the quality of customer service. You will be lucky to wait in a line that's only 20 minutes long because they shut down all the cashier lanes and the self checkout moves too slow because of questions and mistakes.

Please bring back the shopping baskets. I want to pop in and out quickly and not have to push a cart. I'm going to other stores that supply shopping baskets.

Ever since moving to Tempe from Phoenix June 2022, I found this Fry’s to be closest to my new living quarters. For the most part, I have no problem with this location, but lately, especially holiday weekends, they lack in having enough registers/self checkout stations open. The floor supervisors have no sense of awareness in helping cashiers bag big orders when there aren’t any courtesy clerks around to help.As a former Kroger employee of 17 years in Ohio, this doesn’t speak well to customers. I stopped in today for a couple things and only one single register was open on a busy Monday afternoon. Totally not okay

After showing the cashier Juanita the price of the Red Watermelon. Cashier claimed it was $8.99. Fought hard and firm even with proof. Took this request so personal she refused to look at me or address me after the manager reluctantly told her to override. $4.00 is a gallon of milk ladies. Maybe a job in a different department away from customer service might be a better fit. This is my Fry's and the first time I've had this experience in the 20 years I've been coming to this location.

My neighborhood Fry's is convenient but usually busy, so have to wait in line. A lot of street people hang around this location & pander so you don't always feel safe. Rest rooms- they try but always less than desired cleanliness. I prefer the selection at other Fry's, like one @ Guadalupe & McClintock.

I walked arriving at 9:57 pm, I was greeted rudely by a male employee blocking the doors. As I approached (30 seconds prior) I witnessed 3 other people enter the store. Also people walking out as I toId him I needed 2 items and 3 minutes till 10 (more than enough time to get my milk and grapes). Needless to say he refused my service.

Can't wait for the Aldi to open (1 mile north)! Something about Fry's has gone supremely downhill the past 10-15 years as it has been absborbed into Krogers' Cinncinatti leadership (after Jon Flora died in 2013.). Fry's (and particularly this store) are a former shell of itself. These days, the experience is worse than Walmart. Something went very wrong for Frys (and Fred Meyer, Smiths & Smittys -- all consumed by the Cinncinatti). It's like we're a captive market now. I hope Aldi's time has come!

Always understaffed. Waited in a 10+ person line for self check out. Go to any other grocery store, but here.
