Most* of the time the store is great. I’ve had a great experience with the floral, deli and meat department as it was usually quick to get service.
However, there’s a senior worker (I don’t have his name) but he is fairly rude. He had followed me out to my car earlier this year in order to retrieve a cart I had. It was very odd and uncomfortable as he clearly just wanted me to hurry. He had even taken my grocery bags and put them into my trunk which felt very invasive, especially since I had *not asked*. I do really like this Fry’s but I really find myself steering clear of this one worker ninety percent of the time.

I shopped at Fry’s on August 9th & checked out @ 12:10 pm and had the sweetest interaction with my cashier. Receipt says Maria <3. We started talking about making ceviche, and she was just so pure, kind, and genuine. I could have easily sent my partner to the store for me, but I’m so glad I got up and went with him that day. I had already chatted with a friendly customer in the parking lot, and her warmth was the cherry on top of my day. Thank you for the conversation and the positive customer experience. It truly made my day brighter! I hope your ceviche always comes out great for years to come. 😅

This is the closest supermarket to me. It’s not as bad as, I will never shop there again, but it’s not well run. Shopping carts are rarely if ever collected, while they have many box-boys(girls) sitting around talking. No Manager presence whatsoever so ever

I order two custom cakes for my daughter’s birthday and the bakery department at the Fry’s on McClintock and Guadalupe did excellent work! One was completely custom, decorated from a picture I shared with the bake team (see image). Their cakes are always moist and delicious, too!
