Currently working as the overnight Security Guard over here and I like it so far. First two days were a breeze until the homeless community started popping up. They died down once they noticed that Security was showing up and the people felt more at ease too. I'm glad I can help and hope BSS don't move me to a different site again ❤️

There is ONE male pharmacist that works his tail off to do right, everyone else is just unfriendly and unpleasant. I've been coming here for 4 years and it's ALWAYS an unpleasant experience UNLESS the male pharmacist is helping me. The lady techs and pharmacist are very hateful, they definitely are judgemental about what meds you take and they have no patience. I can't wait until I leave this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Would give negative stars if I could. Been trying to get my prescription for weeks. Doctor sent it over. I get multiple texts saying to call the pharmacy for a refill. Nearly impossible to speak to a person. I get told multiple times that it will be ready on a certain day, that day comes, I get another text saying I need to call to refill it. Repeat the cycle. I finally get to speak to a person, they laugh at me and tell me my doctor has never sent over my prescription. If the doctor didn’t send my prescription why are you texting and calling me telling me it will be ready? Ridiculous. And to laugh about it on top of everything? Horrible customer service.

Lady called Hanni was very rude and started arguing over nothing, I noticed she had favoritism with other customers and after yelling and yapping she threw the medicine on the counter.

They never answer the phone and 90% of the time you have to tell them a doctor sent in a prescription or it never gets filled. Which means you have to call or go in.

This frys location is not my favorite, it can smell like bad fumes sometimes. I do like that this location is less busy and bigger than the other frys down the street on mill but this smell is just unbearable sometimes. Other than that, employees have always been friendly and kind to me. Also the frys pickup at this store can be pretty slow. I would go at any hour between 3-7pm and those were their busiest hours that would have lines. I even tried going early mornings on Saturdays which was much less of a wait time but still could be slow most of the time.

It’s very difficult to get someone on the phone. Some staff are very helpful, others can be unfriendly.
