This frys location is not my favorite, it can smell like bad fumes sometimes. I do like that this location is less busy and bigger than the other frys down the street on mill but this smell is just unbearable sometimes. Other than that, employees have always been friendly and kind to me. Also the frys pickup at this store can be pretty slow. I would go at any hour between 3-7pm and those were their busiest hours that would have lines. I even tried going early mornings on Saturdays which was much less of a wait time but still could be slow most of the time.

It’s very difficult to get someone on the phone. Some staff are very helpful, others can be unfriendly.

The fact that they are supporting alternative medicine is a huge step in the right direction so I give them props for selling and promoting CBD infused lotions, washes, scrubs, ect. The types of brands of hemp elixirs are expensive but made of higher end of organic quality - opposed to the CBD lines sold by CVS, and Walgreens are of poor generic look and feel to them. Frys wins. Even if Walgreens and CVS merged Fry's still would blow them out the water.

I love this store...the pharmacy not so much. I know things are still hectic but the customer service aspect of their job has gotten lost in the shuffle. Everyone that answers the phone has a horrible attitude and are extremely short with you. People need their meds, some sooner than others. If you call to check status and are in pain the last thing you need is an attitude from the person on the other end. Everyone in my household is transferring to CVS. Come on people..you need to do better.

If I could give less than a 1 I would. Received all of my delivery order, except for my dog food. I've been on the phone for the better part of two and a half hours for a danged bag of dog food I didn't receive in my delivery order. There's a reason I ordered delivery, and it's not because I feel entitled to have my stuff delivered at my door. No one at Fryes, or their "3rd party" will help me. Most ridiculous thing I've ever experienced! I was offered a $10 refund on my $14.99 item. Told I could reorder delivered, but would still pay the extra for the extra for the $14.99 the delivery of $10 and the tip. Seriously, none of these people will help with a damned bag of dog food. Worst customer service EVER! I'll never go back!

I will never go to this pharmacy again. The pharmacists are not knowledgeable about the medication they are dispensing, will argue with you even when presented with evidence that they are wrong, and will lie that they have reached out to your doctor for clarification, when, in fact, they did not. I have already switched to CVS, who said my prescription (which was, in fact, dosed accurately by my doctor) will be ready this afternoon. No issues. Also, train your pharmacists and techs to not have implicit bias against diabetics. Because I used this pharmacy with NO problem UNTIL I was diagnosed. Horrible. Zero stars.

This frys is a joke. The team who picks out the groceries that are placed into pickup orders are lazy and just don't want to do their job. SEVERAL times I have had reported unavailable items and have gone in and gotten themself RIGHT OFF THE SHELF!! don't waist your time with these people.

I received great customer service today and really appreciated it!! This store almost always has what I need. They are very well stocked and the store is always clean.
