Was in town from out of state and needed a prescription refill. My provider sent the script here, and I received an automatic text asking to call and verify I wanted the prescriptions filled and that their cost would be $0. I called back and confirmed, was told they would be ready the following day after 6pm. The following day, I get the same texts asking me to call and confirm I want the prescriptions filled which would cost $0. I call back again and confirm, and am told they will be ready the following day after 2pm. The following day, I arrive at 3pm and am told they were never filled because my insurance doesn’t cover them (I’ve been on these prescriptions for 4 years) and that I can pay out of pocket and wait for them to be filled. Really irritated about the poor communication and the fact that nobody called me to tell me there were issues with my insurance. I had to call an Uber/Lyft and travel with my luggage to the store for nothing. Then I had to wait for another Lyft to take me to my actual destination. All of this could have been a lot simpler and avoided with better communication. The person at the counter was fine to interact with, but overall not worth the hassle.

Needs way better staffing at the pharmacy in the busiest day of the yearPharmacy didn't answer my phone for an urgent situation and kept putting me on hold for over an hour. Never filling here again after filling here for years. Thanks for your "hard" work... I mean slacking off.

Not too familiar with these types of stores as I'm not from the area but I got the impression of like a Food 4 Less mixed with a Discount Store.At any rate the prices were lovely, and I had to sign up for the member discount price . Very clean and the employees that I did come across were happy enough lol

I have always been very happy with the pharmacy. They remember me, & are always pleasant, even when it is evident that they are in a chaotic state at the moment. When my daughter’s prescription was not available for a few days, the pharmacist came back after the Labor Day holiday & had gotten the generic version of my prescription, saving me $36 on my copay. This made me very happy that I managed okay without the meds for 3 days, & now save $36 every month on a refill. I know that not having something in stock is not the fault of the pharmacy, but of the supply chain. Pharmaceutical companies are only interested in the dollars they can make for meds people really need. I’m very grateful for the pharmacist taking the initiative to get the generic version for me. I believe it just came out very recently.

This pharmacy constantly gives the run around, running out of meds needed, causing side effects not needed when abruptly having to stop the med, tried to get some to cover the gab until pharmacy is restocked, to find out the few pills will cost the same steep price as the entire month, then after the few I have to get another script from doctor for the rest of the month, costing the same steep price again in 3 days! Not ok! Crooked & slimes, just taking down the little man whenever they can gauge. It’s not my fault you didn’t stock efficiently, but you punish your customer. Give me a break! This isn’t the first time. This pharmacy isn’t about the customer or solving problems to help their customers get needed drugs they are prescribed. They just throw their hands in the air, never answer the phone & give run arounds with a could care less attitude.

Betty is horrible, she is pure evil. worst fry's possibly ever. betty you deserve dirt. dont work here, don't shop here, don't come within 5 miles of this store.you will be dealing with the mental aftermath for years to come.

The manager of this store is horrible! Some one need to teach this guy customer service. He should not even be a manager! He talk to customers so rude and acts like your not even there. Someone seriously need to have a talk with this guy... I will never go to this store again!

Literally been coming here for 2 years to cash my husbands checks with power of attorney not only did John Jacobs not know what a power of attorney was he tried to lie to me and say the young lady that was helping me was the one who worked the customer service counter. Which is a lie because I usually come earlier and there are totally different people who work the morning shift. Not only have I've been to this fry's but other fry's as well. He didn't care and was very rude and I feel like he automatically assumed that I was lying and was discriminating against me. I've never been treated so bad in my life.

I know Rx's get bad reviews because they always seem to be understaffed. This one was too, however the staff was friendly, empathetic, and patient. 5 stars.

The main pharmacist is extremely rude and defensive. Unapologetic that patients have been without their important medications for days due to their lack of staffing and busy due to Covid vaccines. Do better frys. I will no longer be using this pharmacy moving forward.
