Ryan the “leader” and “manager” of this location obviously had no kind of customer service experience before starting this job and whoever gave him the role of manager dropped the ball immensely. Came to return a PlayStation Portal that was within the return policy that was purchased with a debit card and was told he could only return it to the debit card but I informed him I’ve returned a debit card purchase for cash before and he said again he could do it but added he didn’t have the cash in the drawer unless I wanted to wait 9-10 minutes for the safe in which I told him I’d wait to get the cash and he proceeded to let out a big sigh and say ok. About 8 minutes go by as I just walk around the store and he comes to the counter with a print out of the specific return policy for debit cards and asked me if I had the card on me in which I responded yes and he responded with I can only put it on the card and I told him he just told me he’d do it that’s why I was waiting and he said I can only follow our policy so I can’t do it and I told him he already started the safe to go thru with it so on my way out I made sure to let him know he was just being lazy and didn’t want to do it. The fact he sat there the entire time trying to find a way TO NOT take care of the customer is mind blowing. I went out to my car and thought about it and I didn’t have the physical card but I had the card on my Apple Pay so I walked back in with my return and he was on the phone with another colleague with other customers in the store talking about the situation and when he saw me he came back to the counter and I told him I don’t have the physical card on me and he responded that he couldn’t do the return at all in that case and so I asked if that meant if I customer didn’t have the physical card at all does that mean you guys don’t honor the return policy and he responded with no we wouldn’t honor it so I told him to call his boss and ask them and he responded with I am the boss of this store and I reminded him that he had someone who’s his boss too so to contact that person and when he did it took a good 2-3 minutes from the time he called his District Manager for me to have the cash in my hand for my return. I’d recommend this location if you want to train employees in how to be horrible representatives for your company. Shouldn’t take a DM call to get the customer taken care of if that’s what the company stands for, especially the management level. I’d treat this location as if it doesn’t exist and take your business to any other GameStop in the valley because their service can’t be any worse than the service Ryan provides at this location as the Store “Leader”.

Last night, the person was completely Rude at closing. My son (5) and me arrived 3min before close 6pm and wanted to buy a game. Idiot literally said were closed but 2 other customers were inside and he wouldn't let us inside. Please retrain this struggling guy, and explain what a $50 sale means at closing to the business. Maybe, put him in area where customers don't matter*

I took a brand new week old phone that I had to sell because I had to switch phone companies and the dude here tries to lowball me 80$ for an iPhone 14 plus , I went to a different location and got 320$. The other guy that works here was the guy I bought a preorder from and on the day of pickup I was standing behind two other people who were picking up the same item as me and I am the only person he asked for ID from and additional proof of purchase (my RECEIPT). It was targeted discrimination.I have an active GameStop pro account and they wouldn’t apply the discount to anything. This store is obnoxiously racist.

Thre guy at 430 pm on Wednesday October 4 was so good at talking if you wanted to, and was so excited to help me out and was effective! He kept me from running back and forth the house and was a great experience for getting a brand new Xbox off warranty!

This place is a prime example of what it looks like to hire people with absolutely no customer service ability. Bought mk1 and had to exchange it 3 times which made this visit the 4th time which was all explained to the associate Hailee. Instead of me wasting gas to keep going back and forth to keep exchanging the same thing I wanted to return it and be done with it (which this same location has taken care of for me before with no issues). Hailee looks over at the policy and says the only thing they can do is exchange it over and over again and I responded by telling her I've had this issue taken care of here before and she reply's with it must have been before the policy (I've worked at GameStop myself and it's always been the policy but GameStop gives it's employees the power to take care of the customer) which to me made me think she was new on top of looking at the policy so I mentioned she seemed new and that obviously struck a when she responded with she had been there for 4 years. I asked her to call someone to see if she could take care of it but she instead said "they'll just say the same thing" I again asked her to call because I've had it taken care of at this store before and she keeps giving excuses until she finally ask for my number and says "I'll call one person and if they say no that's that" and with me already being angry about the fact I have to keep exchanging the game I tell her to not even say anything to me and just call them. She comes back out and says well yea they said the same thing we can't do it so I grab the game and start walking out and turn to her and say she needs to work on her customer service skills if she thinks it's ok to say "I'll call one person" instead of leaving it at "I'll call somebody" and she didn't like that or that "she was being told what to do" I walk out letting her know she was a dumbass and I hear her respond with "you are too" as I'm walking out which prompted me to go back inside and tell her to either call the manager she was just on the phone with or give me the number to corporate and that she is representing GameStop and there's no place you can go where they say to you "I'll call one person and that's that" and nobody will think that's rude but her response was "there's a lot of places that do worse than that" but failing to realize this isn't about the other places it's about how she represents her job of "4 years". Hailee chose instead of helping the customer to be combative and rude instead of giving the service she herself would want in that instance, not displeased about the return, completely displeased with how a customer who was having issues was treated in a place they've spent a lot of money in.

Chris is always extremely helpful every time my boyfriend and I go there. He’s super informative and welcoming and he helped us get our money back from another location that never contacted us! Makes it a good time to go in the store every time.

Google says they open at 10. Store sign says 12. Drove all the way here at 10 for them to be closed. Just beware for other stores as well.
