Gerber Collision & Glass did an amazing job with the body work on my truck—honestly, it looks brand new! The attention to detail and quality of the repair exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the customer service was top-notch. Matt, Lexy, and Alexis were all incredibly helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. They kept me informed, made everything easy, and truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely recommend Gerber to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle. Thanks again to the whole team!

So this was my second time at this shop the first time I had a terrible experience it took them 21 days to fix my rear window and spoiler that is attached to my trunk and charged my insurance $4000. So I went to the body shop the second time to get a estimate for a fender and my front bumper. The manager at the shop goes by the name as Lexi told me that it's not going to take no more than seven days and that was a lie because it took them 19 days, and throughout the 19 days, all I was getting was lies after lies from the Manager Lexi and he told me he was going to takeoff my $500 deductible because they had my car for 19 days knowingly that I use my vehicle for work so when I got to the shop after they told me my vehicle was finished Lexi's told me if I want my car back I have to pay the $500 deductible and not going to honor his word that he was going to takeoff the $500 deductible. Whoever takes their vehicle to this body shop please make sure that you check your vehicle before you pay your deductible. Everyone in that body shop is Shady and they don't care about their customers.

My son was the victim of a hit and run - and the person that “helped” him was rude from the moment he called (one of the approved shops)
My son is 22 and was not treated with respect at all! He gave my kid an estimate to patch a hole in his bumper - when it needs a new bumper. I’m sure it was malicious and totally unprofessional.
Common courtesy, treating someone who has been a victimized is required! It is YOUR job - do it!

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews because it's unsatisfying.
I went to Gerber Collision in Tempe, Arizona on the recommendation of my car insurance company. They did a fairly decent job on the automobile, but there were a couple of new issues I felt were suspicious as they didn't exist prior to having autobody work done.
The driver-side wheel-well has damage above the tire with the clips and fender liner, while the passenger-side wheel-well has actual damage to the metal above the wheel. In addition, there is a dime-size dent next to one of the windshield wiper spray nozzles.
What's troublesome now is the windshield wiper fluid spray nozzles. Gerber Collision surprisingly replaced the two (2) spray nozzles when they repaired the damage to my car, which was not required or needed, replacing them with some cheap plastic brand. Now, the windshield washer fluid leaks all of the hood of my car and everywhere other than the windshield.
My car has dust on it every morning from sitting under a carport, so I use my windshield wipers to clean off the dust on my windshield every morning. Because these spray nozzles are not factory made they don't work properly, so i end up going to the car wash to clean off the wiper fluid left all over my car. I do this almost every day, and it's so unbelievably aggravating and time consuming.
I went back to Gerber and showed the manager the problem, and he said Gerber would contact me as soon as they received new spray nozzles. That was almost two (2) months ago! I drove to the shop twice to inquire and let them know I was serous and wanted it fixed, especially because the nozzles didn't even need to be replaced to begin with. It seems the folks at Gerber Collision in Tempe have no plans on fixing their mistake, and now I have to spend money on new factory spray nozzles, which are $55.00 a piece. Unacceptable!
Gerber will probably end up reading this review and afterwards sending an apology and invite me back to get it taken care of correctly. No need... damage is already done (pun intended)!!

I was involved in an accident a couple of months ago. The other driver was at fault and did some damage to my rear bumper, trunk, and passenger side back panel. Lexy took a look at my car and was able to accurately estimate how long it would take. They handled communication with the car rental place and the insurance. They ended up finishing my car sooner than the initial projection date, but were understanding that I was unable to pick it up that day. The repair looked FANTASTIC! It seriously looked like a brand new car from the back! They also washed the car, buffed out some other spots, and added a little bit of paint where needed. They went above and beyond to do some work that they didn't have to do. They could have just fixed what needed to be fixed and call it a day. Taking the initiative to fix small little things that weren't part of the scope is what really set them apart from the other auto body shops for me. Everyone I interacted with was also incredibly nice and patient. Hopefully I am never in another car accident, but if I was, I would surely come back to these guys.

I’ve previously been to this location for other body repairs and have had great service each time. This past Friday I knocked the fog light out in my car and Josh was able to help me within 10 minutes and no appointment. The customer service is fantastic here and will only be coming here for future needs.

My car was hit and it broke the lower grill and messed up the bumper finish from impact. Dropped it off Friday. And Lexy had me leave it since I noticed fluid. They tested the a/c and checked the radiator to make sure no damage was done. They also replaced the lower grill, repainted bumper, fixed the nasty California plate holes that were a eyesore, and fixed a dent in the door for me! I had my car back in three days!!! By far top notch service. I received text messages of the progress, and estimate. I received a packet for record of the work completed. Which is guaranteed. This is the best service I have ever received for a vehicle. Lexy and the rest of the folks at Gerber were friendly and great to work with. I cannot recommend them enough!

I came in for an estimate with an appointment. Lexy did not make me feel like a customer, he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him to try to bring them my business. When I asked questions the pointed to the estimate and said it’s all there as though it isn’t their job to explain it.
They were dismissive and in my opinion, rude. Why in the world would I choose to go there?
Their work quality may be excellent but I was not impressed by the customer service!

UPDATE:
Regional Manager of Gerber collision called me to try and persuade me to take down my review. This company is the absolute worst company for repairs. I am just now getting more information as to why they could not fix my vehicle but could not be communicated at the time of the repairs. Who is to say this company has not done this to others and took their review down? SHADY COMPANY DO NOT COME TO GERBER IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND CAR!!
I was in a collision that hit the driver side door as well as driver side wheel. Gerber got me in pretty quickly for the estimate however I had to wait 2 weeks for the repairs. Once I had a tow truck was provided to take my vehicle to the shop they estimated 10 days. The day the vehicle was supposed to be ready in the 10 day time frame I got an automated text saying it was pushed another week. A few days before the second date I got another automated notification that my vehicle would not be ready again. There was no communication from the shop stating what was left to be done. My vehicle needed a new door which was promised to be in and painted by the date of my appointment so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle for long. After calling and texting about my vehicle I was able to pick it up about a MONTH after they had taken my vehicle. My vehicle needed a new side fender, driver door, side mirror, alignment as well as engine issues from the collision. Gerber refused to fix the engine issues, they took a month to replace a door and side fender and refused to correctly adjust the alignment. I returned my vehicle as they did not replace the side mirror. I returned my vehicle 3 times after the original date my vehicle was marked ready. Lexy, the estimator, said the are going above and beyond to assist me and shouldn’t have taken my vehicle back several times to get it right. In the end, I removed my vehicle from their care and had to spend $1400 out of pocket to fix a job they should have done in the first place. NEVER GO HERE!!

This was a great experience getting my Audi Q5 fixed. They were helpful and friendly, provided updated clear communication and finished 4 days early. I Highly recommend this shop.
