My 14-year old son visited this store to buy some shoes with his birthday money. He found some Nike Dunk Low Retro shoes that the salespeople sold him for $275+tax ($308 total.) We looked online to see how much they cost elsewhere, something that didn’t occur to a 14-year old, we found them in stock almost anywhere that sells shoes for $115. We took them back to the store the next day to return them—UNWORN—and they told us that all sales are final and they wouldn’t even give us store credit…although I wouldn’t have wanted store credit either way. I asked them if they bought shoes, and they told me they did, but weren’t interested in these shoes. This store is a total scam shop. BUYER BEWARE. I could understand if it were an adult making an informed decision, but this is a kid they ripped off. No remorse. Bad people. Wish I could give 0 stars. They should be ashamed.

Waited for the pandas to restock in august and tried to shop/support local small business. Bought them for $275 plus tax here sept 4th.. only to see they’re around the corner at finish line for $110.. Didn’t want handouts, the store knows after I informed them how I felt about it …we spent $1000 overall at the store.. mainly the markup is bogus if it’s restocked.... adjust prices when necessary.

I went in to buy some running/workout shoes. I always buy my workout shoes on stockX and get super cool ones so it motivates me to go do my exercises. I walked in and looked at shoes for like 10 minutes. I found a few styles I liked which were all around $450-$600. A younger woman with curly brown hair came up to me and asked if I needed help. I told her I was looking for shoes that could be used for running. She told me I should go to finish line because their shoes are all just for style. They HAD running shoes. Money means nothing to me, I frequently purchase nice shoes to workout in and I tear them up in about a year and need new ones. I don’t know why they think their shoes are “too good” to be used. If I’m buying shoes, I’m going to use them. I then picked up some Travis Scott reacts and told her I liked them. She gave me a dirty look and walked away when I was ready to purchase these shoes. I walked out super upset that I was practically denied help because I told her I was going to use these shoes in the gym.

The customer service guy sold me a pair of cool gray Jordan’s $500 & on one of the shoes it had a black sharpie mark on it. Within the hour after I bought them I took them back & the same guy that sold them to me said he forgot to tell me about the black mark smh & said he couldn’t give me my money back & that was the only pair of cool grays left I told him not to put those back on the shelf to trick other customers smh

Bought racer blue dunks and a day later I realized the one shoe is completely fake. Logos were in different spots. Do not shop here

They sold me a fake Off White x Travis Scott shirt for $250. I went to resell it and was told by multiple stores it was fake. I have tried calling the number they have listed everywhere but it just rings and says the voicemails isn't set up.
