I bought a microwave from Restore in Tempe on November 24, 2023. I paid handyman $80 to install over stove.Imagine my disappointment when two of the numbers don't work, the downlight does not work, the clock does not work AND the Power Level button does not work.Being a first time buyer at Restore, I asked the sales clerk if they checked them and he reassured me that they thoroughly check them out.I called the store, stopped in, and wrote a letter. Nothing happened.I love the mission of Restore; just not the product or follow-up from the microwave that I purchased. When people come to my house and see my defective microwave (I have covered the numbers that don't work so I don't press them), I tell them about my experience and where I bought this defective microwave.I cannot buy another one and pay another handyman to remove the defective one and replace with another one.Not a good experience.

Over priced. Period. Just go to Lowe's if you're going to shop here. If you want deals you're better off going to Stardust Building Supplies, Sale Sumo, or FB Marketplace. I asked one of the workers if they'd go any lower on their Pine block counters and he tells me, "No, if you go to Home Depot you'd be spending $1000" and I informed him Lowe's is selling the same thing for the same price. You're going to spout nonsense because you don't know anything or because I'm a woman and you think I don't know how to check prices on Google?

Loved this restore. Great selection. They are still on track with pricing that is affordable for everyone while supporting a wonderful cause. It wasn't trying to pull the wool over anyone's eyes, unlike the California locations I frequently shop. I'm not really into the cheap rugs inherited as overstock from the big corporations. It's a little bit of highway robbery and I don't think it's cool to sell those items to folks who don't know any better. Finally, aside from setting down my tape measure at the cash wrap and the cashier refusing to give it back to me (as she believed it was hers), pricing and service was fantastic (minus the the cost of my tape measure, which I'm still mildly irritated about).

This store is highly overpriced. This is supposed to be donated goods, and they are trying to resell the goods in the store as if they're all brand new there is not a discount you might as will go to a regular store and buy your items. I know people that have large businesses come in and buy things, but Habitat for Humanity was designed for the lower income people so that they can afford to buy items. However, this store has become another money maker.

This store offers many items at good prices. Although they need to lower prices on their newer refrigerators, washers and dryers. Other than that, this store is great for many home items and paint!

I want to like this place as I know Jimmy Carter truly cared about the poor, but unfortunately it has become another money-grubbing charity profiteering off the You can get a brand new refrigerator at Lowes on sale for what they ar trying to get here for a broken refrigerator with missing handles, etc.

Randomly came in looking for a mini refrigerator. Ashley provided beyond exceptional customer service she was polite and informative on all the different options available.

Came to habitat for humanity to see what this place is about. It has decent items. Bought a few items like brushes, curtains, and some garden tools. Not bad on the price. There are a bunch of items here. Cabinets, sofas, chairs, tables, vanity, sinks, windows, doors, screens, some tools and paint, tile, and much more. The staff was nice. Parking is very big.

Drove ten miles to donate a very nice kitchen sink and a piece of countertop. This location refused to take either item. Took the material to Stardust and they accepted the donations without question. DON'T TAKE ANY DONATIONS TO THIS HABITAT UNLESS YOU CALL FIRST TO SEE IF THEY WILL ACCEPT YOUR ITEMS. Gas is to expensive to drive there and be turned away!

Great place to search for some do it yourself parts. I bought a dinning room table for $50 and redid it. It looks so nice and well worth the $50. Real wood. Prices are reasonable.

Household stuff is cheaper than most places in the valley well or should I say reasonable the prices are very reasonable. And things that I would have to pay expensive for I pay much cheaper here like a 10 ft cord for my phone is $20 to $30 everywhere else I would pay $9. 99 there

The most picky donation place I have ever been to. Would not take a coffee table because was not in new condition and would not take a mirror because it wasn’t picture framed. The unloading staff is the most unfriendly people asking for free stuff.
