First time in the location. It was really clean and quite. I was able to shop and find my sizes as well. I visited the fitted room and was greeted with a smile.My experience went down hill when I arrived at the register. I was greeted by the cashier who prior walked passed me without a greeting or asked if I needed assistance. He proceeded to ring me up and one of my items rang up incorrectly. I showed him exactly where I found the long cardigan and he seen the error. He however stated that it was in the wrong place. I said it's considered the wrong place for 1 or 2 but 6 of them no that is an error of the store. He still refused to change the price until his manager advised to change it. He did not have one single word to say to me after. He didn't offer the H&M rewards I had to ask for it. After he just gave me my things and I left.

I found a pair of cargo pants I really liked at an H&M, but they didn't have my size. When I tried to find the phone number for another store, I could not locate it on the website. All that was provided was a customer service number. After speaking with customer service, they confirmed another store had my size. Unfortunately after driving down to the store, they did not have it the cargo pants in my size. Very frustrating that you cannot call the store directly, that would have saved me a bunch of time and expensive gas money!

So, went to buy some budget items for an event tonight. All is well, and find some one wear items to wear. Go to checkout and it is over a hundred all good for 2 outfits. Here comes the issue… if you work in retail, learn how to fold a shirt. If not dispense hangers. I will never darken the doorway again. I told the young male that this is a joke when he gave me hangers and asked for them back on the way out the door. I hope your corporate policy knows how much they cost on this day (that and the incompetence of the retail clothing worker to not have the information on folding a polo.)

I saw a robbery happen here on July 22, 2023 in broad daylight. Two women grabbed another ladies bags ripping them apart and ran off with some of her purchases. No security. No one did anything. I will never come here again.

SO Messy! All the racks are over stuffed and unorganized. After a few min of looking thru clothes, and dropping clothes off the rack because they were so over stuffed, we left. Workers standing/walking around and one even said "I'm going to take this over there so at least I'm doing something". No one was organizing anything. Such a turn off. Where's the manager making employees earn their paycheck, do their jobs and take pride in their store? Sad.

It's my favorite clothing store, I love the styles they have often. Unfortunately, there aren't many people working to offer help or to operate the checkout, sadly.

Accomplished my goal of exchanging a pair of shorts that were a size too big. Only one staff member greeted me throughout my entire time shopping and it was not at the register. Once I got to the register the associate asked if I had an account with them. I wasn't sure so he asked if I wanted to be added or if I preferred to look it up to see if I was in their system. I chose to see if I was already in their system. I was a bit put off when the associate handed me the handheld device for me to look it up on my own instead of him doing it. At any retail job I've worked at, I would never expect a customer to do something I would've been just fine entering on my own. I don't shop at H & M often, but, in the future, I think I'll stick with the location inside Chandler Mall as I've had consistent service from their staff.

I just wanted to buy something small real quick. I checked both registers and neither of them had employees working. I waited at the one in the men's section. After waiting a while without any employees to be seen. An employee tells me the register is closed and to go over to the other side. I was trying to tell him that there wasn't anyone there but he was trying to continue in the opposite direction. He had bleached hair. He wasn't very kind when I just wanted to make a purchase. Customers shouldn't feel like an inconvenience but that's how he made me feel. Poor customer service from this employee. He didn't have his badge visible so I couldn't even get his name.

Quality clothes, not cheaply made at all. A little expensive, but still plenty of lower priced options and sales going on.

Most annoying headache-inducing music you can imagine. As far as I could tell only two employees in the store. So forget it if you need help or have a question. Standing in line with only two people in front of me for half an hour. Finally gave up, and put products back and left, will not return ever.

Women’s / men’s / girl’s + boy’s clothing all in one definitely gives this spot a department store feel — but moved into the modern age ✨Spent about an hour here but couldn’t find anything that I liked, or that fit right. Small amount of clearance compared to other locations (just a few racks). The store was clean and mostly tidy.

H&M was fine. I didn't plan on buying anything, I was just along for the ride, but I did find me an outfit that I'm very pleased with.
