I've been shopping at this location for years and this location has gone to crap. They now lock up half there crap and when you need a employee to unlock these items for you there is no one to be found. On top of dealing with that crap now we have to wait for a employee to unlock the bathrooms when we need to use them. This place is a joke, most of the employees asigned to a section of the store have no idea what is in the section they are assigned to. The main isles are so cluttered full of crap that you often have to wait to get any were. Over all if this store wasn't so close to were i lived i wouldn't go to it. Really thinking of going to Lows from now on. It's also funny how this homdepot will only respond to 5 star reviews and wont address the negative reviews. Lame

They didn’t help me get an item just because it was in the over head bin. It shows almost 40 in stock and he was telling me that the system is wrong. Bullshit! Do better.
Check the cams around 6pm on aisle 48.

Nico in rentals is awesome! I came in and the place was packed with people. Nico obviously knew what he was doing. Nico handled 3 separate customers including a return effortlessly. Great customer service! 10/10. Thanks Nico!

Got retaining wall bricks ... got them home ... spouse had a change of plans ... back went the bricks ... same day. Easy return ... quick and easy ... except the toting of the bricks part back and forth 🤷🏽♂️

On January 12, 2025 I walked into this store to do a tool rental. The transaction went through smoothly. Took tool home came back 2 hours later to return. When I made the rental I was charged 100 dlls which includes a deposit. I notice that night in my bank app statement that Home Depot took out 100dlls twice. In my mind I thought maybe I’ll update and it should only reflect one time. January 13,2025 it’s 7:43pm and no my bank statement as not update or anything! Call my bank ask about those transactions and the verify to me that I was basically charged twice. To call or go to Home Depot and let them know so I can get refund for the extra transaction! I call the tool rental department I explain to them what was happening and that my bank verify that 2 transactions where made, they say “ that they check and is only one transaction showing up for them and that there is nothing they can do” so I’m definitely short 200dlls the original 100 dlls that was charged and the other extra 100dlls that Home Depot took out! Be careful when you go to this store rental department check your transactions before leaving! Now I’m short on money that was destin to be to another bill I was supposed to pay and that now it can go through and stupid Home Depot decided to run 2 transactions and that they “can’t do anything about it” I attached proof of both transactions.
