When under warranty, I used Mazda factory service at Horne Mazda in Tempe AZ because the dealership was near my home. I was often not satisfied with the service. In the past, I have purchased a new CX 5 and two Mazda 6s from Cardinal Mazda in Mesa AZ and saved between $2000 - $3500 on each vehicle . The sales team was excellent. When I needed service after the warranty period ended, I went back to Cardinal Mazda for service. I was very satisfied with the service. Horne was often 30-40% more for the same service. Horne Mazda would not match the price.

I had an incredible experience with the team at Horne Mazda-Tempe. Aaron was an excellent sales person. He took the time to know what was the most important for me when driving and showed me all the features before my test drive. I went to a different Horne Mazda in Avondale and had the opposite experience with the sales manager and team. The team in this location were as helpful and transparent with pricing as one can be. I would definitely go back and recommend it to my friends. Once again a big shoutout to Aaron for being amazing!

I worked with Troy in service to have my car get an alignment and oil change. Really nice guy, had my car finished just around the time he said it would've be done. I will definitely be back for more services in the future for both of my Mazdas.

Scheduling online service appointments is so easy and convenient, right from my phone. Dropped car off and it was ready in a few hours! I live pretty close so they Lyft shuttle service was perfect for getting back home. All staff were friendly and helpful! Look forward to ongoing service with Horne Mazda!

In search of a new vehicle, I visited Horne Mazda in Tempe. I had a wonderful experience in this dealership - they were professional and helpful. I am thankful to my salesman Collin who appeared to be extremely knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and (purchased) and made the process of getting my new CX-5 very smooth. I would definitely recommend to do business with Horne Mazda to anyone who is in the market for a new car.Irina

I highly recommend Horne Mazda! I cannot say enough how helpful and caring they were to my kids and me. Everyone that I spoke to was friendly and professional. We were in a difficult situation on a Sunday while trying to get back to Texas. Aaron, Shayla, and Anthony went the extra mile and then some to help me get into the vehicle I needed despite several setbacks during the process. My kids were welcomed with snacks, drinks, and a place to relax and charge their devices so they could be comfortable while we were working on the vehicle purchase. Their patience and genuine kindness was more than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend Horne Mazda because of their honesty and their commitment to taking good care of their customers.

So due to me coming by for the same complaint for the second time after diagnosing my complaint myself I was expected to pay 500 dollars to replace a part that should be warranty on my new vehicle that has less than 6k miles. That's beyond BS and ridiculous. As a technician myself I can guarantee my car was not looked at properly or not taken seriously. I was told on my first visit it was my tires causing the problem and they would good will me a new set but I had to leave my car another 2 days when it had already been there for 3 days. I could have got a new set of tires and it still wouldn't have fixed the problem my brand new vehicle STILL has.

I came here on a whim after having a bad experience at two other dealerships in the area and was thoroughly impressed. Liz was amazing. She helped me look through options without being pushy and never rushed for an immediate decision. When it came to purchasing the vehicle, they went above and beyond to help fulfill my requests and get me what I wanted. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and everyone I worked with blew my expectations out of the water. On top of everything, I love my new CX-50 and will definitely take Horne Mazda into consideration for future vehicles.

Took car in for service and was treated so poorly upon check in that i wound up left. Sent an email to the General Manager and he couldn't even bother to reply. I guess once you've purchased a vehicle from them you no longer matter. I'd go to pretty much any other dealership for your new car or service needs.

I bought a new Mazda at Horne Mazda recently and the entire process from test drive to completing of all paperwork was wrapped up in about two and a half hours. Chad really impressed with his knowledge of all things Mazda and greatly facilitated matters in helping with the adjustment and finalizing of all the financial details. Like all the others I had dealings with there at the dealership Chad was upbeat, a good listener, straightforward, totally professional. I would recommend Horne Mazda unreservedly to anyone looking to buy a Mazda new or used.

This review is for the Service Center. I dropped my car off at 1 PM on a Saturday and it was ready for pickup at 2 PM. I was not expecting for it to be ready so soon. Great customer service and loved the inspection video. Thank you!

Great experience leasing new cx-90. It's my fourth Mazda and third Mazda dealership in the valley and these guys are by far the best. No pressure and they offered the best deal without any haggling. Another Mazda dealership that I had previously leased at quoted me WAY more to start for same vehicle. When I told them Horne had better offer they immediately countered w cheaper price. Which actually annoyed me. Why not start there for a loyal customer?! Horne then beat that price. But even if Horne didn't I'd have gone w them because I just trusted them more. They also allowed me to do a lot of the negotiation via phone and text which was great w a new baby in the house.

Completely pulled a bait and switch. For now the SECOND time. First with my lease and now with my lease buyout. I'm so disappointed by the sales staff and financing staff. They will tell you anything to get you to come into the dealership and then any offer they gave you over the phone or text is not available. Would never recommend Mazda or a Horne Dealership. Overall terrible experience.
