Let me tell you when I went in here I was nervous I was anxious and had all my tax papers messed up.. Molly sat me down told me there's nothing to worry about she knew what she was doing.. I'm not very computer savvy so while I was working on retrieving some documents from my phone I got stuck and I didn't want to bother (Molly she was working on the mess I brought in) another agent helped me out..this place is AWESOME!!!!. Eased my mind got my stuff together and I left laughing and feeling great not that I was getting a huge refund ($12)but this was the BEST ATMOSPHERE THE BEST PERSONALITIES THE OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM OF THE AGENTS.. BEAUTIFUL!!!!.. I love my new tax agent n staff.. if I was one of those mystery people that come in to check out the place without staff knowing who I was this place would get 100%...

Identity Theft Warning!!! I have never done business with H&R block but keep getting appointment reminders for two different people at this specific location. When I called to get my phone number removed from their system the rep hung up on me. I don't know what kind of business they are running, but if you don't want your information stolen I would recommend staying away.

I made appointment on Monday the only thing they had available was Saturday at 10am. When you open my profile and appointment reason. I get all the way here and Monica Delgado was like oh we don’t do that here someone will call in a few days. You knew you had this appointment why you did see what I was coming in so you could be prepared. If that was done could of save me the drive by calling and saying hey we don’t do that here! I came to HR block cause I was switch to them in the new tax season. 1st impression are everything definitely switch now. Took Jackson Hewitt 15 yrs to lose my business y’all did it in 3 mins lol. 10/10 don’t recommend!

My GOODNESS, H & R Block is nothing like they used to be! I’m finding that seems to be the case with more and more companies these days. I scheduled an in person appointment through their website, only to receive a phone call the next day, informing me that the office in which I scheduled the appointment was actually closed for the summer which I’m still confused as to why that option was even available if this was the case. So I booked a new appointment and it was for a phone call appointment with one Carol Sablick. Carol requested that I provide documents and we will go from there. I down loaded all of the documents to my account on H&R website and I then scheduled another phone call appointment but she never called and I messaged her via the website she never replied, and I never heard from her again. I contacted the Broadway/Rural location and reached a Maria Deshong who offered to complete my services. (I’m unsure of what the procedure/process is for previous year’s refunds) Once Maria “completed” my w2s i provided, she requested her payment of $264 and I in fact paid in full. Then the link where i made the payment instructed me to download my tax refund forms, print them, sign them and mail them to the IRS, etc to receive my refund!! I emailed Maria asking for a little explanation of some kind and she never responded. The forms are confusing and I don’t want to make any mistakes so I scheduled a phone appt with Maria and she emails me half an hour before the appt informing me the office is closed so can she call tomorrow and I agreed letting her know I’ll be available the same time. SHE NEVER CALLED, NEVER EMAILED, NOTHING! I went into work late so that I could make myself available for her and this woman doesn’t even have the decency to at least update me or reschedule the phone appt. Completely inconsiderate!!! DO NOT USE MARIA DESHONG FOR ANY OF YOUR TAX NEEDS! You’ve been warned!

This place has been the worst place possible to get taxes done. Their mistake led to a 2k dollar issue. They have continued to inform me they would get back to me over the past 2 months and no one returns calls.ONLY GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO OWE THE IRS MONEY.

The company has gotten more complicated. Last year they made mistakes on my return and this year I decided to do it online and now having more problems adding my dependent now.

I had a wonderful experience here. Front desk staff is really friendly and nice. Maria is wonderful-helpful and patient, she offered me advice on my amend tax return. I’ll come back to file my tax here next year.
