Shopping was ok . Just went to browse. Have purchased things we like. My comment though is restaurant was filthy. Table very very dirty. Drink area diety. Absolutely disgusting.

IKEA is supposed to be a place that brings happiness, but this store is terrible and disgusting. From the custom furniture service to the installation service and the food service staff, their service is concerning. I spent four thousand dollars on purchasing and customizing my furniture, and after five trips to this place, I finally managed to gather all my products. When the delivery came, their delivery department lost one of my doors. I ordered installation service from IKEA, which was supposed to be a two-person job, but only one person showed up. This person worked from 12:00 PM to 2:00 AM; you can't imagine how terrifying this company is. When I contacted customer service to discuss this, they were unwilling to acknowledge that this series of operations was their mistake. I went in to buy some ice cream, and the service staff treated me coldly. Their faces looked very unfriendly, and their language was filled with insulting words.

This has entirely changed my outlook on IKEA. I will never visit an IKEA ever again. The absolute ignorance that I received for an online order was appalling. Told yeah take a seat and it’ll be ready. In less then 10 mins. So I browse the entire store for 45 mins and buy 2 other things
I go to the online order pickup for my initial pickup stop. They have zero records of me coming in waiting to pick it up. The two look dumbfounded. I offered to go get the 4 items off the floor because I saw all of them while I was browsing earlier. So I go grab all in less than 10 mins(mind you I’ve been here 2x in my 32years)….so I get back and put it on the table & throw a $1.99 pack of 10-black hangars IKEA brand. I said “seeing as I was lied to initially, then I had to go pick the items myself - I believe $1.99 of IKEA hangars that cost them maybe $0.30 total. He refused & grabbed a manager. The manager judt said “sorry can’t do it”.
OHHHH BUUUUT!!!!! He could give me a FREE reusable IKEA bag as a courtesy & the bag cost more than the hangers. I am salivating waiting for a call from someone with authority.
I mean dude I wasn’t asking for you to refund my, I asked for a substantially minimal request seeing the situation. I would love to talk to IKEA corporate.
Also - purchase a “fountain soda” at the register, just to find out it’s IKEAs own brand of soda & it tastes horrible. All around terrible 1.5 hours here.

Enjoyed the Swedish Meatballs for Lunch, leisurely walked thru the store, and bought a few items. Clean store and pleasant associates. Remembered to bring my own bags.

This place is a joke. The furniture is garbage and cheaply made. And the managers shouldn't even be managers. The store manager might as well be janitorial! Never shopping here again...Also Luis said he was the store manager and turns out not!

Kitchen cabinet quality getting worse. I’ve installed over $100k of kitchen cabinets from ikea over the past decades. Recently, a couple of doors’ finishes were flaking off after being installed a few months ago. I took the doors to ikea and was told that they would not replace them because the damage was caused by heat and or moisture. So, I pointed out that most kitchens have a sink, dishwasher, and stove which are sources of heat and moisture. They didn’t care. I am no longer recommending ikea kitchens. There are many other cabinet companies that will stand behind their products.

Visited the Tempe Ikea today. The employee in the closet organization area was very helpful in configuring our closet system. Our shopping experience was somewhat marred by an aggressive pet there. I have no problem with well behaved pets/service animals in any store. For the protection of all your shoppers could you not require dogs to be muzzled?
