Watch out for overcharges on the initial price! They gave me a good price at first, but then added an extra $10 when I actually paid. The clerk said it was for tax, but it did not say tax on my receipt. The phone was fixed okay so it wasn't too bad

I took my husbands phone in to be repaired during a trip to phoenix on 3/26, the phone was supposed to be completed that day, I got a call from the gentleman at the kiosk that the phone had to be brought to another location to have the screen replaced and it would not be done until the next day 3/27, we agreed and continued on with our day and completed our daughters cheer competition. The only contact information we had was the phone number the gentleman called me on. 3/27 we went back to AZ mills before we left to go home, 2 hours away, to pick up my husbands phone. We had to wait for them to bring it since it wasn’t completed after lunch like we were told it would be. I added a screen protector to the purchase/ service for $30, all together we were charged $460.80 for a screen replacement for a Samsung s21 ultra which I looked online and that’s the going rate. My issue is this, we were given no receipt, no warranty information, and no contact information in case of any issues, but they were sure happy to charge my card. It gets better, the screen protector was only glued on in one spot and it came off the phone entirely a hour into our drive home, but wait there’s more! The phone screen broke in the same spot by the time we got home! So this whole time I have been google searching to find the company and contact information so the issue can be remedied and I finally found it today, I’ve called, and emailed since I found you guys and nothing. I am currently out $460.80 and still have a broken phone screen, and useless screen protector, this company needs to make it right, it is unfeasible for us to drive 2 hours, so a full refund would remedy this.

I really like the work& quality, but I went there 3 days in a row at 11 am. or a little later & no one was there. Why would you say you open at 10 if you don't? I had to get my repair at Cell Stop. Very disappointed ?

I had gone to iPhixation a number of times. Two years prior, it was great, and I received timely and good service for what I paid. However, things have really gone down the drain, to say the least. The place is ran by rude, dismissive children. I went to get my phone screen fixed, after being quoted a price over the phone. When I arrived, the price was significantly higher than what I was quoted, but I proceeded to get my phone fixed. The interaction wasn't great, and it was very curt. A few hours after getting my phone fixed, I noticed that the screen was unresponsive on the edges, so I brought it back to them. Rather than helping me find a solution, they blamed the screens that THEY put into my phone (because they were aftermarket phone screens, which they didn't even tell me they were using when I went to get my screen fixed). Eventually, I talked to the manager, and he quoted me a price to "upgrade" to the real screens that they have for Apple. I came back another day to upgrade my screen, and I was received by nothing except inexperienced and disdainful arrogance. They also quoted me a different price than what the manager quoted me. While I let it go the first time, I felt like I was being cheated and jipped. All the the workers care about is getting your phones in and out, without explaining anything to you whatsoever. Horrible customer service, and the manager would be better off re-hiring all his workers.

Sold us a blacklisted phone, note 9 without the pen for $420, then we spent extra on getting a screen protector before we found out it was blacklisted and they didn't refund us that. They sold us the phone saying it was unblocked, fat guy was rude as hell. Wanted to hit him after a certain point. Its the one by the Nike outlet, don't buy with these people, they are the worse.

My screen was cracked pretty badly so I took my phone in. The owner of this location was super friendly, fast, and professional. He replaced my screen and added a screen protector in under 45 mins and I am happy with the quality of materials used and service provided. Would use again and will be recommending to everyone I know with phone issues!

They’re always very professional and fast. He was even able to fix a broken home button! Definitely recommend them if you need a new screen.
