Let me just say that the customer service Kyle and Tracy gave us and all the customers was over the top of greatness!! 🤗 They offered us to try any candy we wished to and offered options. Nothing makes happier than Great customer service 🥰 They even carry the viral Tik Tok sweets. We ended up buying more candy then needed 😁 but we aren’t mad lol Thank you again, and we will absolutely be returning in summer for circus peanuts and other goodies. Maybe even before that 😉

I was there with my son, grand son and my bf. We were putting candy in $19 All-you-can-pack. Two cashiers never smiled anything when I brought it to pay it. But my bf showed up to pay ( He is white and I am Japanese) They started smiling and talking to him As if the heavens and the earth had turned upside down. Racist.

I heard the manager tell his sales associate she had a pretty smile and I think it's pretty weird because she was clearly uncomfortable.

overpriced and half of it is garbage quality. everything in the front half of the store was melted. the silky gem crystals were FULLY liquefied in the bags, it was disgusting. tiny dubai chocolates were $15 and again, completely melted. if youre going to charge insane prices, use some of the money you get to buy sun shades. incredibly disappointing.

Ali was the best help!!! She immediately asked us if we needed help once we walked through the door. I lost my phone my phone and she was more than patient, understanding and helpful. She went above and beyond. I appreciate her help so much.

Prepare to get rinsed…I bought some nerd clusters and a small bag of m&ms (~1lbs) and the total came out to $28?!?! Movie theater concession prices are better than this. I also went to use some old gift cards I had and she didn’t even ring it up correctly and took the gift cards. The staff was nice but the prices were not.

I do not usually post reviews but this place deserves all the kudos. Friendly atmosphere and helpful employees who go above and beyond. Definitely worth a visit and a highlight of Tempe Marketplace. God Bless !

The guy that helped us yesterday, I don't remember his name, only description is he wore a Yamaka. He was sooooooooo overwhelming. He would not just let my husband and I look around without getting super into our faces and just talk talk talk talk. He was nice but jeez EASE UP on being so bombarding. It was really annoying and uncomfortable.
