All they care about is ripping off the next customer. I waited in line for 10 minutes while the worker was trying to up-sale different services. The wash itself was TERRIBLE, water spots were left all over my car. I also tried to get a refund, Luis said they can’t do that. Do not go here if you intend on paying for a wash someone else after. Safe to say, I will not be back!!!!

I came in super distressed with a flat tire, Sergio looked at it (couldn't fix it) and recommended that he take the tire off and i find a ride to the nearest tire place to bring back a new one so he could put it on. He took my tire off and then decided to tell me it costs "$130 an hour" to have my car there BUT THEN suggests if I "tipped" him $60 in cash I wouldn't have to pay the alleged hourly rate. SUPER SHADY. I know for sure he saw a young girl and assumed I was ditsy enough to scam money off me. Was really disgusted by him and the situation. The boys washing the cars are always super nice and helpful though!! Just not Sergio in the total car care area.

One star is being generous. Just had my car washed and it almost looks the same as before. I had be ask them twice to wipe down the car. They were very reluctant and finally would not do it. No interior vacuum or wipe down. Fed up, I told them they sucked and would never bring any of our 9 vehicles back. They did not seem to care. Oh well, there are other carwashes near by.

Chuy and Jonah are the absolute best! I live 20 min away and I come specifically to this location because they care about details and always make my vehicles look great. Highly recommend this location and this team!

$40 car wash and they left trash in the car. They didn't clean the windshield. They changed the process up and just made everything worse. Attendees rarely get electronic tips anymore so they are lazy

I always get an basic exterior wash but got the uptown wash this time and they didn't do what supposedly comes with it. The website lists it includes hand applied wheel/tire shine and premium ceramic wax and didn't get either. I went through the car wash, they hand air dried briefly and that was it. The vacuums are 50/50 as well. You'll just have to hope you pulled up to a spot with good vacuums. If they're scamming me in the top exterior wash, I would not come for a full service or detailed wash. If you need a basic wash ($10) and have a coupon, this place would be okay. Otherwise, pass.

I should've read the reviews first. I prepaid for the top level detail, and when I got my car back, after pointing out twice that they hadn't wiped down the dash or console, I had to re-vacuum the driver seat and floor, and wipe down the dash and console myself. On top of that, whatever they sprayed on my touchscreen radio, rendered it unusable. It's no longer reacting to touch. Which is frustrating because they clearly cleaned my touch screen but not the rest of my dash, when anyone familiar with cars knows your clean the dash and avoid touch screens with any cleaner. In the end I wasted $40, given that I had to re clean the car myself and now have to call the dealer to fix my touchscreen that they broke. Oh and another note, the external car wash is good, but ONLY if you pay to have them hand wash it after. Otherwise the back of my car doesn't get clean. I have pictures, but worry about sharing my license plates or personal info so I won't post those.

Went yesterday to get a car wash, ended up getting a detailing. I told him that I had a lot of stuff in my car like dog toys and sweatshirts but they said they would move it and it wasn't a problem. I walked around downtown for about an hour came back and they still weren't done. This our long service took about an hour 45, and when I had a chance to really look at my car, it truly didn't look like they had done anything. $79 for this? No thanks. Thought that my car would be squeaky clean but when I got back it didn't look like they touched anything in the backseat.

I took my car here once and they did a crummy job, but I thought I would come back and give them another chance... it was a mistake. They will not be getting another chance from me. Got there at the end of the day, pre paid for a detail and scheduled a time with the manager to come back because it was the end of the day. Showed up at the time we agreed, and no one was ready for me. The manager (Daniel) said "he was in a meeting"... well, Daniel, that is no excuse. Don't make appointments when you know you can't make it or when you know you won't have staff there. I told them I had limited time (and I told them this when I made the appointment) but they insisted they could have it done in time for me despite the late start. They lied; they didn't get it done and I missed a client. After waiting 20 minutes beyond the time they promised they would be done I walked to my car and said I needed to leave before I missed my next client. When I walked out to where my car was and I found my power cable from my car on the ground and they were basically throwing wet mats in on the floor so I could leave. I had paid to have them remove pet hair... that was the wholes reason I was taking the car in. The seats are still covered in dog hair. They also promised to clean my headlights.... Yeah that didn't happened either. Complete waste of my time and money. They promised me a free wash for the trouble but I won't even go to this place for that. Don't waste your money. Find another place for your washes and details. If I could give it less than one star I would. Update: manager (Daniel) gave me a refund for my trouble after I called, but was super rude in the process. Won't be going back.
