I have been here for about 45 min. I see that they are busy. In my observation, a some employees didnt have much sense of urgency. I was told by, Mark, and other associates that my vehicle would be done in 15 min. The 15 minute wait time was given because I didn't opt for the $75 detailing package, that is supposed to take 25 min (Mark's words) I declined respectfully after my door was opened witout permission while I was still in my vehice (not used to that, never happened to me before), to be honest it startled me quite a bit. I explained that I didn't have much time on my hands, but was willing to come back another day. I sat quietly with patience and a smile. I understand all the hard work and love put into a job. I don't appreciate being given false information. I don't think I'll be coming back. I

I had such a great experience today! Zach and Chuy went above and beyond to help me out. A piece on my car was stuck, and they took the time to get it off carefully and make sure everything was okay. They were so helpful, kind, and professional the whole time. It’s rare to find people who genuinely care like that — thank you both for the amazing service! Highly recommend this car wash! 🚗✨

The male cashier they have working at night is horrible! Not polite nor professional. Also, he has inappropriate music playing extremely loud you can’t even hear! There are always homeless people hanging around inside and outside near the door. Sometimes I feel unsafe. On the weekend there are like 50 people on motorcycles hanging around and driving recklessly in the parking lot. The other day one guy almost crashed into me. The manager is nice but she needs to do something about all of these issues I mentioned above. Otherwise they’re going to lose customers. They lost a loyal customer today because of the way I was treated by the cashier this evening. I would go in there twice daily almost everyday but from now on I’m going to a different gas station or at least not go at night. Which is unfortunate because it’s close to where I live.

Cashier’s are con artists!!!! Don’t go to this location!!! Asked if I wanted to tip, I said yes $2.00! Then he asked if I want the $20 dollar wash, yes the $20 special!!! Was charged $40!!! Con Artists!!

Like most people, I take a great deal of pride in keeping our cars looking sharp. While there are two car washes within 1 mile of my home, I drive 20 minutes away to Jackson Car Wash on Rio Salado Drive in Tempe. The reason is simple. This Jackson car wash location has provided and continues to provide an exceptional experience on every visit. I especially appreciate the outstanding service I receive from Chewy and T! This past week T provided what I believe is the best experience I’ve ever had at a car wash. It was so obvious that he appreciated and valued my business in the way he cared for my car. I was amazed how quickly and professionally he worked on cleaning my car to perfection. I actually drove out of there very excited to share the results with my wife. Thank you for hiring such an outstanding representative of your company. You have made me a believer in Jackson Car Wash and for that I’m grateful! ❤️

Saturday, September 13th I pulled into the car wash. I was looking to get my vehicle detailed. They sold me a package and told me my car wash would only be about 15 minutes when purchasing the package. I told them I didn't have that much time that day and i was told if I purchased the package that day, they'd give me additional services and I could come in at a later date which was fine. I dealt with Patrick. Who was the manager there. So after completing the purchase, I was told it would only be about 15 minutes for me just to get a VIP car wash and I could come back for the detailing. Mind you, I sit and waited for 2 hours. I then found Patrick the manager and told him I was not happy. I was not satisfied and I just wanted to cancel the whole thing. They had over promised and did not notify me how understaffed they were so I set for 2 hours, and then, when I asked for a refund, Patrick started to antagonize me because he thought I cursed at him. Which I didn't, and then he had his guys stop detailing or cleaning my car. He then proceeded to keep antagonizing me and slammed my car door. I asked for a copy of my receipt. He then ripped it up in my face. And told me all sales are final after that, I told him I need to speak with a manager or his supervisor he told me he was in charge and that his job was secure because he's been there 9 years, and nothing can happen to him. Instead of the escalating, the situation and trying to keep a customer happy, he continued to. Yell and said that his co-workers that they're with him were his witnesses and they had his back. Today, I received a call from another manager. That is even below Patrick. And he told me he would note the incident and pass my information to the owners, or people above him, because he cannot give out their information. So here I am no car, wash, no detailing. And I'm still waiting to speak with somebody about this incident. It's a sad world when something as simple as a car wash can turn to something so negative. As a retired veteran with PTSD, the last thing I ever want to do is be challenged antagonized or belittled because I got poor and terrible service. I will never use this facility or business again based on your one employee and the experience that I went through. I'm still waiting on my refund and I'm waiting on somebody very much above his pay grade to contact me.

Called around for pricing and most places were ridiculous for hand wash. Spoke to Patrick at Jacksons Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace yesterday and he encouraged me to give them a try for at least one wash. Pulled in today and could tell it was him walking towards me with a smile and a welcoming, “Hello Karen” before I even said anything. Left with a job beautifully done - with great attention to detail and excellent customer care. Looking forward to coming back for the next wash in the package I purchased today. They are a great team! Thanks everyone.

Truly a 5 star Carwash location. Zach acknowledged a concern that I brought to their attention on a previous visit. He went the extra mile to fix it by adding a 5 month wax on my vehicle, and applied lotion on my leather seats. The car looks showroom ready!! Thanks Zach and team for you top Tier service 🙏🏾🎉
