Updated review. I do not appreciate my order being canceled without notice. Also to have my refund mailed is unacceptable when I paid card. Do not go to journeys they do nothing but bullshit and lie! I will be posting all over social media about my encounter. I'm sick of these retail stores lying through their teeth to get you out of the store. Now I'm out money and shoes I returned!!
Update: still no refund by check. Yet yall have you're shoes. I will never shop here again

Always a pleasure. I have small feet. I find if I watch and am patient, adult styles in small sizes will appear. Good staff. I notice they are good at helping size all the kids. And ... don't get mad people... but yes I get my shoes at kid prices.

Julia was so attentive !! Super helpful !!! Great customer service ! She kept constant contact with us .Good communication and explained information about ordering a pair for us online as they didn’t have one of the pairs of shoes we wanted . We ended up buying two pairs . Great work Julia! Keep it up !! We see your potential!!!GBY!!

Shannon (Manager I believe) was Phenomenal! I had been to a so many stores looking for a certain shoe which they didn't carry but Shannon was so helpful and offered to check to see if another location carried them are really went the extra mile, also has AMAZING customer service. Would definitely recommend.

The young people on staff made it seem like everything was a chore and when I would say something they would look at me like I was dirt and then smirk and look at each other. This was my experience when they simply asked me if I wanted the receipt with me or in the bag. They just wanted to stand around and talk to each other rather than help a store full of customers. What a horrible experience! I will NEVER shop at this location again!
