Hope you like working with automated computer customer service. Also, bait and switch pricing. My excellent driving record, per Allstate’s GPS tracking of all my trips, still led to a increase in yearly premium of $236 yoy (16.5%). Plus, increase of 26.5% yoy (no claims made).

They are kind.The rates are high.I even don't have any accident for 20 years and none in US.Everytime need to make them remember my daughter's success.I am also paying huge for my other daughter, she haven't have any accident since she got the license meaning for 3 years.I didn't have time to switch. I will be switching soon.

This has been the best office to have car insurance though! I can just email them questions or to make updates and they respond quickly and get it done for me with no hassle on my end. 10/10 recommend!!!

I have been a loyal all state customer for years. I have never filed a claim, always been on auto pay, and well this year I had a leak in my kitchen. Not only did it take 4 months of proving my kitchen's value, it took the input of a manager to receive the funds to fix our kitchen. Now our policy premium has doubled with no notice other than a standard email of review your documents online in your all state portal. I called to discuss and while they were sympathetic they had no ways to help or offer any level of refund when they auto withdrew double funds of my policy. Unfortunately they seem like a great company, when something happens they show lack of support and disrespect to the situation you are in and charge you double.

I do not recommend Allstate you make a payment early you get taken off auto pay. They penalize you Please don’t waste your money and energy on service who don’t value you.

The staff at this all state are always very friendly and very helpful. The customer service is top notch. We have tried multiple insurance companies and none of them add up to allstate and the staff at this location. We really like that we can call directly to the agents and not a 800 number. I would strongly recommend this all state to any and everyone

I had the exact same experience that the other customer had. Also I had found out that I was under a policy I wasn’t even supposed to have or pay for. I’m glad I found a better and affordable insurance. Allstate is all for your money! Do not recommend.
