Yes I love the liberty tax in Tempe Az . I've been going there for like 5 years and have never had any problems. Barbara and Jerry Kleinfeld are the new owners of the liberty tax in Tempe. AZ.So stop by and give them a try.

Complete hustlers in there!!! please if you can go to another location!!!!! when I came in they were treating me all nice and kind then I had something go wrong with my taxes and they completely changed on me Roxanne that works there was very unprofessional she cussed me out and I am seeking further action because I feel very disrespected please don't go here horrible customer service they belittle you and make you feel like your money is not important to them

The tax preparer was rude from the minute my daughter and I the lady! I told her it was my daughter's first time filing on her own she's 18 and she said the woman made her feel like she was doing something wrong and didn't know why. It was embarrassing degrading. We just left I still don't know why this woman behaved this way:(

I come here every year for my taxes. Not only are these reps in great moods they also are very knowledgeable. I always come with a long list of questions and they never seem phased by it. Plus, that referral system is where it's at!

Roxanne is awesomely awesome...She is compassionate an understanding, super professional an got right to it...not wasting any time... Well if you are anything like me... tax season can make you feel like a empty cup on a shelf.... I had been going to H&R Block for years but, in a small town is CA... unfortunately the three different offices I visited could not or would not help me with getting forms off my computer.... witch ended up just being a waste of time... she was able to use the information on my computer an didn't waste any time.... was finished in no time at all... ..........thank you for all your help....

I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience...Roxanne the owner she is the best...I can ask her 1 question 15 different ways and she has never been rude...always answered all my d*** questions with patient and kept a smile on her face....

My husband & I filed our taxes here for 2014 in Feb 2015. The owner who was also our filer, was fantastic. She was patient and kind, she explained what we could or couldn't use as business expense tax write offs. Very helpful
