Clay is wonderful. I don't know what I would have done today and tonight if it had not been for his kindness. I needed a replacement concentrator and he was working late. But he came over with a smile and it helped me not feel so bad. Thank you Clay. I know Lincare feels the same. I want to thank Lincare for employing such a terrific man. Excellent Service. My Home O2 Generator was not working properly. I called Lincare in Tempe. AZ, and they sent a Replacement Machine. The Service Tech, Clay, was very prompt. He called me to give me an ETA. Thank you to Clay and all at Lincare.

Lincare service has a true client/patient service with customer service professionalism amplified with a smile. They have provided equipment, service, and care for the individual as a person, not a number or tagged cow. They provided excellent service with quality medical equipment. I highly recommend their DME service as a caregiver for my family member and as a registered nurse. They should be the ocare model example for all DME services.

I had an oxygen portable concentrator and it broke so I was delivered some c tanks. Today Victor came out and delivered the E and C tanks. He took the time to explain to me about the regulators and showed me how they worked. He also took the time to show me how to replace the washers and brought a stand to set the tanks in. He was so considerate and explained things so I understood fully how everything works. Very impressed with Victor.

I want to thank Lincare's home delivery staff, friendly and professional. I especially would like to recognize Clay who comes in with a smile and you just know he is a good caring person willing to answer questions, not appearing to be too rushed, tired, or as with this past Summer too hot to be very respectful. I also want to recognize this office staff for its friendly and professional staff. My phone contact has been positive, and I know I am being taken care of and follow through will be done. These employees are your face in the public and Clay and the others reflect Lincare, and I rank them as VIPs to the company. Thank you.

I love Lincare, they have provided reliable oxygen service & supplies to me for many years, even when I travel. Recently, I had an unusual after hour’s emergency, the help took longer than I anticipated but ultimately they showed up and took excellent care of my needs.

Lincare is the only DME company I trust with my health when it comes to medical equipment. They actually care about their patients and go the extra mile to ensure an excellent experience. Today I found out Karen went so far above and beyond by driving all the way to Lake Havasu in order to pick up equipment I so desperately needed in order to breathe. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Karen. She and Diane made a major difference in my life, literally. They are definitely deserving of rewards and I would love to send them a thank you gift. Right this very minute I am breathing so much better and my heart rate has lowered 20 points while my oxygen levels have risen by 12 points. This keeps me out of the ER. I am so so grateful. I totally recommend this company if you are searching for the best in medical equipment suppliers.

As a former employee of 6 years with Lincare, I have witnessed and been blessed to be a part of an incredible family and team. Most staff members have been there for a significant amount of time, and have put forth so much heart, hard work, and dedication to patients and referrals. I cannot commend the current team enough for how hard they have all worked to continuously be there for patients and strive to always be so diligent and courteous, and treat everyone like they are family. I truly do miss my Lincare family and all of our patients that in my time I was so blessed to have be a part of my life too. Thanks for all that you all do!

Love working for this company! I have met so many great patients and I love being able to support doctors offices and hospitals all around the phoenix area. Working for a company that goes the extra miles for their patients and referrals is very rewarding!

Amazing company, amazing rep! Paige is the absolute best. She’s very committed to what she does and she communicates EVERYTHING in real time with the offices and the patients. She’s always there when I need her and does everything she can to help the patient get their equipment as soon as possible. No matter what the issue was Paige always worked through it to relieve some stress and pressure off myself and patients. She has also been proven to be an absolute master at understanding her products to effectively describe and answer any questions the patient has. 1000/10 would recommend.

Overall I have enjoyed working with this company, but one of their employees in particular really stands out. Paige is fantastic! She is prompt, follows through, is funny and kind. She is great at her job, which makes my job easier. Without Paige, I am not sure I would still work with this company. Thank you for being you, Paige!!

Lincare is the place to go if you need great customer service, when I walked in they treated me with the most outstanding hospitality. There was one worker that went far and beyond with helping me get what I needed, Ilissa Villa. She made sure I felt welcomed and will definitely be going back.

Lincare recently scheduled an appointment with me to reacquaint me to using my 2009 CPAP machine! Fortunately, Su Barry, their healthcare specialist, arrived to cover the use and care of the older machine! She is phenomenal, spending a lot of time and help with setting it up, adding new, updated components, and demonstrating correct procedures and steps for improving the use again for me!She was very knowledgeable, patient and understanding throughout the appointment! It’s been quite a while since I had used it due to other health considerations, but I feel confident in using it again, until I perhaps receive a new machine!Though Su was professional through the time here, she has a great sense of humor and made the session fun while getting everything working smoothly for me!We are looking forward to seeing Su again soon, hopefully with the news of an updated CPAP machine!Respectfully, Mary Ann Ring
