Great place to bring a vehicle to get work done. Have had my oil change done here the last 6 oil changes and other work done to my vehicle. Very professional and friendly service. They take the time to explain anything they find or work they have completed on the vehicle. I would highly recommend for all your auto needs. You will be welcomed by someone trustworthy to do the repairs at a reasonable price.

Had an aftermarket cat back installed on my Subaru wrx here. They did great work and even packaged up My old exhaust nicely for resale. If I ever need anymore work I'll definitely be back.

Will did an absolutely wonderful job with the car. My car was in limp mode for the last few hundred miles and I had brought it to 2 garages and a dealership and no one could clear the code. I finally had time to get it checked out and I asked to check for a boost leak but Will was very thorough and did smoke tests on all of my intake, boost, and exhaust parts. He helped me check for exhaust leakage and in the end it turned out to be just a visual code. He brought a reputable tuner in from nearby and helped me clear the code. Ended up only charging me for the boost leak check and I purchased a ECUtek connect from the tuner. So glad that check engine light is finally off and the car seems to be completely fine now! If I ever need any servicing or repairs I'm definitely coming back; no one else is touching my car but these guys! Purchased a few bolt-ons that I will be getting installed here. Very happy with the result! Thanks so much!!

I has traveled from Georgia to Arizona with a service engine light. I had a 1 day turnaround before I had to leave my car with my son at ASU and fly back home to Georgia. (Not a good feeling for a parent). I called ahead and they got the car right in, did the work to keep it running and ordered the necessary parts for him to bring the car back. They were super friendly and kept me in the loop by communicating frequently. I have tremendous piece of mind having them nearby for my kiddo.

I sent out a request for pricing to get my Ambient Air Temperature Sensor replaced. They were very quick to respond and provide very competitive pricing and turn around time on repair (in fact they could have booked me in the same day though I booked for the next day). Nichole was extremely responsive throughout and made me comfortable using a new place. I arrived when they just opened, was greeted warmly and checked in fairly quickly (also offered a cold bottle of water). They communicated throughout what the status was and got the job done very quickly and for a very reasonable price. Everyone wore masks and the environment felt safe - they also made me aware of another issue with the vehicle my dealership never did. I won't be going back to my Ford dealership but using Lost Visions Performance \\u0026 Wright Automotive as my go to place for all my vehicle repairs moving forward.

Short and sweet I was looking for estimates for front brake pads in Scottsdale. $300-$350 when I turned to Yelp and found this family owned business. I communicated with Christy who is part of the family. She wrote up a professional estimate with other repairs that had to be done. Christy's bid came in at almost $200 less then my other written estimate from Scottsdale. All for the same repairs. We went to the shop in Tempe. The shop is immaculate. The work is Stellar. We plan to go back for as little as an oil change. Family owned, can't beat it. Great honest Family Dawn and Mark Scottsdale Revisited the shop again today for a battery shim They could of sold me a whole mount. Honest people...

This business has restored my faith in humanity. When my daughter, who lives in LA, had a serious electrical problem with her Volkswagen and broke down in Phoenix, Wright Automotive did their best to help her. When the work they did didn't fix the problem and the car broke down again soon after, my daughter took the car to a VW dealer who said the ECM ("brain" of the car) had to be replaced. Cheryl, Wright's owner, showed honor and integrity way above the norm.... she refunded our money. She could have refunded only a portion (which would be reasonable because they did spend their actual time trying to fix it); or she could have said--who cares? they're from out-of-town, we'll never see them again. But she didn't do any of that; she wanted to do the right thing. This shows a level of honesty and trustworthiness that is rarely seen among business owners. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!Service: Electrical
