I have previously had bad experiences with this store, I came in to give it my last try and was greeted right away with a smile, I complained to the lady just to find out she is nkw the new store manager, I think her name was Kayla if I remember correctly. She was so informative, and kind. She helped me find what I needed. I then came back a few days later with both of my daughters to pierce their ears and she was there again and was so great with them and made them feel completely comfortable, she had fun with them while piercing to keep their mind somewhere else, it really helped. I will be back anytime I need jewelery, this changed my whole view of Lovisa. ?

The Sales team give wrong information about returns. while purchasing they said 30 days return with original condition and receipt. Went to store for return just after 3 days, they denied, we can’t accept return and it is return on the receipt. Seriously how many of us read the return condition after sales person said 30 days return on what you are buying?Interestingly manager doesn’t even want to check and know who sold it. She doesn’t even have clue who was sales person in store at time sales. Poor customer service with over priced items

worst customer service ever. The fist time my kid got her ears pierce, we was told wait for two weeks to change out her erring. When I changed out her right earring her earring hole was way off & it was pushed to the side. It wasn't even straight, so we went back to the store to complain. The Asian lady Refused to fix the problem and said we have to buy another earring to fix the problem. So the issue was never fixed for her mistake on piercing her ear slanted. I also asked her for information on who I can talk to or report this matter to? She said I can call the store Phone number,So I'm suppose to complain to her at the store over the phone?

Me and my sister got our piercings from Louisa and we had a great experience! The girl who did our piercing was very friendly and kind, sadly I did not get her name but she was working on Friday night. Really recommend this place for nose/ ear piercing.EDIT: Sadly my nose piercing fell out after a week, no idea why it happened. I had to go and get a new one.

Kristin was very disrespectful, I called the store at 5:40 and was told they stopped piercing at 6:30 , at 6:10 I went in store and the employee yelled “ I’m DONE , I’ve been here all day by myself “ .

My go to accessory store! Lovisa is located inside of Arizona Mills just past H&M on entry 5. It is a small store but it's packed with jewelry, hair clips, hair scarves, and hair accessories. They have dangly earrings in virtually every color and most of them are 3 for $12! Stud earrings are 5 for $10 and I've seen fun designs like pandas, cherries, rainbows, etc. I've been in twice looking specifically for dangly earrings to match dresses as a wedding guest and I've succeed both times! Yesterday the coral earrings I bought were not part of the 3 for $12 and were $12. There were plenty of cute, ornate floral hair accessories I considered buying as well that seemed to range $20+. Service is hit/miss. Yesterday I was the only person in the tiny store and the worker didn't greet or acknowledge me until I paid. But really, I'm just there for the price friendly earrings!

Very rude girl working here who doesn’t want to be bothered to put jewelry away.. she was very biased and rude to my young son who wanted to purchase some jewelry while I did as well. She had no right and no idea that I planned to buy it for him as well.. she snatched the bag from him, with an attitude, so I gave her my bag back as well. Heartbroken my son instantly burst into tears and said, “I guess I’ll never have any” so I marched back in and purchased one single ring costing $15.. out of a whole basket that he and I were both carrying. I did it specifically for him.. and even though I still spent money there, they lost a whole lot more than $15 from me tonight and every other day from here on out. I’ll never shop here again. If you don’t want to deal with people or do your job... maybe don’t work there??? Seems pretty simple, but maybe Im just a few years too old to understand the logic behind such ignorance, arrogance, and laziness.
