I purchased a microwave/wall oven combo on 11/15/23 and on 1/25/24 it was finally installed. I was excited about getting a new oven with an integrated air fryer, unfortunately the entire experience was unprofessional, vulgar, and shameful. My original oven was lost in transition, however, the appliance team (Raven & Josh) went oven and beyond to secure another oven for me. When then oven was finally delivered (2 days before Christmas) it was placed in my living room because it was supposed to be installed the following day. Sadly, the installation company cancelled twice and the oven remained in the living room while I was hosting family for the holidays. We did not move in fear that it would get damaged. Finally, someone came to install the oven and the installation person claimed the oven was dented and it did not fit in the opening. Raven and Josh, again were very accommodating and located another oven. The installation company went to Lowe's (Baseline and Rural) to pick-up the new oven. The store manager (Christina) was unable to locate the oven. The installation company was VERY unhappy by how the front office treated them and left. I called and spoke to Christina and she was VERY busy and said I needed to call back because there was nothing she could do. I went back to the store to speak with Josh or Raven and they were apologetic and did not understand how that happened since it was sitting in the back. Raven labeled the oven with my name so there would be not mistakes when the next installer was schedule to pick-up. Finally, the oven was picked up and installed. Unfortunately, the installer was not told he may need to make adjustments to the wall and did not have the necessary material. At this point I asked him to leave it as is and I would pay a different company to install the oven that I paid Lowe's to install. This was the WORST retail experience I've ever had (Lowe's at Baseline & Rural, Tempe AZ). Lowe's is a huge company that should ensure their managers are equipped to handle difficult situations and be problem solvers like their staff (Raven and Josh). It a time when brick and mortar stores are closing the customers that walk in their doors should be treated with respect. I don't recommend anyone shop at the Lowe's on Baseline and Rural, Temp AZ. You will receive better service at anyone of the Home Depots in the area.

I am a combat veteran and for anyone considering any type of home renovation, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Lowe's Home Improvement. A year ago we purchased kitchen cabinets in cash. They arrived damaged. It took months for them to reorder. When we thought the store reordered, we found out that they forgot to place the order. A year later, we finally got our cabinets installed but they are still damaged. The lack of communication is ridiculous. On top of all that, they only want to compensate us $104 of $24,000. Worst company to do business with. This is a shame how they treat combat veterans.

Boycott Lowe's - they changed their return policy and now require a receipt to return anything. I will not set foot in Lowe's again, Home Depot is just a mile down the road!

It was great to actually see about 20 or maybe more workers on the floor.... Still only 2 cashiers.... And then they upsell mylowes.com to sign up which a 30 second transaction turns into 20 plus minutes.... Another customer walked by as he entered with his wife... 15 minutes later he walked up to check out and I was still two back just like when he entered.... Probably not a good idea to be at this check out. Cashier maybe you should go to self check out... why so I can wait for an other clerk to come help check me out when the barcodes don't read.... How about we have cashiers again?

If i could give 0 stars i would. This location treats their employees like crap. The managers and supervisor all need to be taught how to talk to the employees . They are talked to like dog shit and talked down to. Do not help the employees succeeded at all they set them up to fail ! Managers and supervisor talked to othe employees about other employees personal stuff when they should be directly talking them

Love the outdoor patio plant section. Great carts to load your potting soil bags and plants. Easy open gate to the parking lot. Quick and easy shopping. The service is awesome with knowledgeable help.

After purchasing a dishwasher and hiring Lowe's to deliver and install the dishwasher I've had one of the most problematic experiences I've had after 13 years of homeownership. The installer was quick, but apparently the dishwasher had been leaking for a few months before we noticed that it was not connected properly. After reporting this to Lowe's, they sent the manufacturer out to check the dishwasher wasn't the issue, which took about a week. After that the installer came out and made sure it wasn't leaking anymore which he was able to do in around an hour. The drainage hose had been kinked when the dishwasher was put back in resulting in a leak, and also the water input wasn't sealed correctly apparently. The installer told me he had been back to 4 jobs to fix the same issue from the same guy that had installed mine. Seems pretty cut and dry it was a faulty installation, but still a month and a half later they haven't been able to figure out who is at fault. Today a new Lowe's person contacted me and is saying it was a manufacturer defect now because Teflon tape had to be used to keep the connection water tight. After checking the dishwasher manual it says you would need to have that available to install the dishwasher. This is getting ridiculous and there is a mold hazard in the center of my home this whole time. Don't ever hire Lowe's installation.

I haven't been back there since my last horrible experience and what a surprise, nothing has changed. The employees do not listen to your request or wants. I do not recommend the store to anyone. It has been nothing but problems, and I will be filing a formal complaint against them.Even one day my girlfriend went to go pick up dirt in the pick up area, and they send an old lady out to pick up 50 pound dirt bags. She wasn't able to do it so another good citizen walking down the parking lot had to come assist. The fact that they make an old lady do that work in this heat is very sad.

This place is a joke, every time I come in I can never find an employee, and when I do find them they're usually miserable. I just get a gross feeling every time I walk into the store.

I have not put in a review before for Lowe's but felt I had to do a review for my recent purchase on baseline/Rual store. I had gone in and purchased a Hummingbird feeder and a bag of bird seed about 2 weeks ago with cash. I had no intentions of returning the items and had tossed out the receipt. Then I went back to the store couple days later really liked the hummingbird feeder and purchased 2 more. Now I had a total of 3e. About a week went by I came out to my patio and sugar water was everywhere on my patio. All 3 of the hummingbird feeders were defective I spent 20.00 a piece on the hummingbird feeder you think you would get a decent item for $20.00. Now moving forward to today. I have spent a lot of money at this Lowe's over the years redone my home and purchased lots of stuff from them appliances, lawn and garden and redone my bathrooms. I have not been in the store within the last 2 years but wanted to buy a hummingbird feeder and that is what brought me to the store. I took all 3 items into the store to return. I had a receipt for 2 and the third one I paid cash with the lost receipt. I was very nice explained to the cashier the situation right off the bat she was rude and mean and very unfriendly. I did get the 2 items refunded but the 3rd they would not refund or exchange the item for a new one. I understand I do not have a receipt but to be so rude and mean about it you just don't deserve my business anymore I refuse to shop at Lowe's ever again. Is it worth losing a customer over $20.00 purchase? I guess it is they don't care to be helpful. They could see the item was defective and it should have been sent back to the manufacturer because the item clearly broken when they sold it to me. The store looks like a ghost town no employees anywhere to be found and when you do try to ask for help they could care less basically point the finger say the isle to find your item. No more customer service at all anymore. You lost my business.

I had ordered an item online for pickup 2 days ago and it has said it would be ready for pick up the next day. I waited until late evening to call and i got directed to a lady for the right department where she sounded a bit irritated. I had asked about my online order and if i was able to come in and pick it up because i didnt have time later that night and would be unavailable the next couple days due to work. She had asked if i was directed to the right department and i had said yes. She then i'm pretty sure she redirected me to another line or put me on hold and proceeded to hang up on me after 2 minutes. I had called back later on and the guy who picked up had told me there was a delay and it's not guaranteed i'll get it that same day but he GUARANTEED I would still be getting my item. This morning I woke up to a email and text telling me my item was out of stock and I had to either pick it up at a different store which was 30 minutes away, select a different item, or cancel my order entirely. I originally wanted to pick it up at a different store even though it was 30 minutes away, but they wanted to charge me extra for changing my pick up location. That is absolutely ridiculous that they would charge me to pick it up at a different store when they were out of stock and I was told by an employee I would be getting the item for sure.

I give them ---0 Stars. I called them today 7/16/23 and spoke to a Danny, who said he was an asst. mgr, made sure they had the Bissell vacuum I was looking for and went in the store. Danny helped me. He told me they have had 0 returns on the vacuum I was looking at, gave it his high reviews (the reviews online were good for this vacuum but I will say some looked very suspicious.) I bought the vacuum, which is supposed be excellent for a pet owned household. The vacuum is a piece of c - -p! It only picked up a small bit of dog hair, most of it was scattered around the rug, the hair it did pick up bound around the roller, which it is not supposed to do, and then when I moved to the tile, the hair that it did pick up on the carpet all came out of the vacuum and onto the tile. The attachments kept falling out of their place, it was a train wreck. I called immediately to speak to Danny, he was gone. I told the girl I wanted to speak to a manager or asst. manager. I held for 20 minutes, hung up, called back again, held for another 10 minutes, they just kept putting me through to a number that rang and rang and rang, then back on hold, all the while they were all laughing. A couple of them were young men. They thought it was funny, especially this little SNOT, who just hung up on me. I recorded the entire thing. I hope our country does end up putting the screws to the younger generation. They deserve it. I will try Danny tomorrow but will ask to speak to a district mgr. I was told Danny would be in on Monday. I won't even bother to tell you the HELL I went though on the Bissell website, still cannot get the email to go through. Run fast and hard from Lowe's and Bissell products.
