My family recently purchased flooring for one of our bedrooms. We made sure the room was ready to make job as easy as possible for installers. Lowe’s flooring contractor came out to measure and was very pleased with the floor. We specifically asked about the process and were told the job would be an easy one. When asked about any additional work the representative told us it would be covered under original cost. Many delays getting the install completed with many excuses and confusion from Lowe’s staff. Day of installation one of the workers told us it would be an additional $400 and his boss was telling him to leave unless they received the money. Although upset we immediately called Lowe’s to make the payment. When speaking with the Lowe’s flooring manager he told he did not feel the additional payments was fair and suggested he could make it right with us either the installment company or Lowe’s covering the extra cost. The additional “ work took less than 15 minutes. After multiple conversations with Lowe’s manager he was confident he could arrange reimbursement but we never received any call backs. Multiple stops in store were never effective as the manager was never available, often on lunch break or off for the day. Today we finally received notice after finally getting in contact with management we weee told there was nothing they could do for us. When we challenged that we were put on a very long hold we were offered a $100 Lowe’s gift card which we declined. I’m sure Lowe’s does not care but they just lost a very good customer. We have shopped at this Lowe’s on Baseline in Tempe since it was built. Appliances,lumber, plants and you name it. Thanks Lowe’s for your loyalty!

I was ready to purchase some hose. I needed a staff member to cut the length I required, but after walking around the store for a couple of minutes not finding anyone, I gave up and left.

Is there a way to give a -5 review?? I have been lied to multiple times about multiple situations. The worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to appliances. Do not buy from them.

I usually buy my appliances from this store however today I couldn’t. The 2 salesman didn’t help much or even answer if they price match. I came into purchase a new dishwasher. The dishwasher I wanted was price higher than Home Depot. I ended up placing my order from Home Depot in the store since no one was willing to assist us. 3 stars is because I have purchased my refrigerator from Lowe’s however it was completely online. If you need help with anything it’s really difficult to get it in store.

Went I. Looking for new power tools .
The manager lady must have been having a nightmare day.. I was going to buy but after talking to her about prices .they had a banner hung that stated one price.. so I grab one set.. and she. Was running checkout.. rang up tools almost 200 more than banner.. she refused to honor her banner.. saMe exact tool even squ number match...I came back just to relook and banner was removed.. not a. Bad place just I got upset .felt like I was being robbed.. I still shop there.
