Scott who works in the garden center deserves to be recognized. Sure, he's a quiet guy, but his consistency for kindness every time I'm there always makes for an enjoyable visit! Thanks Scott for always welcoming my husband and I with a smile when we come in, we appreciate you!

Worst customer service. Went in to return couple of pavers and a pallet. Went to the garden area was told to go to customer service then was told to go to lumber. When we got to lumber the nicest lady was kind to help us and told one of the helpers to help unload the pallet with pavers, but this gentleman who has long hair and sunglasses just started to be aggressive by saying OH these pavers don’t belong here and they go to garden. Yeah we know but we were told otherwise to go to lumber. His attitude was not professional at all. He was rude to us and being aggressive about it. He needs a lesson on customer service. How you guys hire someone like that I don’t know but you need to find someone who respects customer. My husband is a contractor we spent amount of time and money but get treated with disrespect. Very disappointed with this visit to your store.

I purchased a microwave/wall oven combo on 11/15/23 and on 1/25/24 it was finally installed. I was excited about getting a new oven with an integrated air fryer, unfortunately the entire experience was unprofessional, vulgar, and shameful. My original oven was lost in transition, however, the appliance team (Raven & Josh) went oven and beyond to secure another oven for me. When then oven was finally delivered (2 days before Christmas) it was placed in my living room because it was supposed to be installed the following day. Sadly, the installation company cancelled twice and the oven remained in the living room while I was hosting family for the holidays. We did not move in fear that it would get damaged. Finally, someone came to install the oven and the installation person claimed the oven was dented and it did not fit in the opening. Raven and Josh, again were very accommodating and located another oven. The installation company went to Lowe's (Baseline and Rural) to pick-up the new oven. The store manager (Christina) was unable to locate the oven. The installation company was VERY unhappy by how the front office treated them and left. I called and spoke to Christina and she was VERY busy and said I needed to call back because there was nothing she could do. I went back to the store to speak with Josh or Raven and they were apologetic and did not understand how that happened since it was sitting in the back. Raven labeled the oven with my name so there would be not mistakes when the next installer was schedule to pick-up. Finally, the oven was picked up and installed. Unfortunately, the installer was not told he may need to make adjustments to the wall and did not have the necessary material. At this point I asked him to leave it as is and I would pay a different company to install the oven that I paid Lowe's to install. This was the WORST retail experience I've ever had (Lowe's at Baseline & Rural, Tempe AZ). Lowe's is a huge company that should ensure their managers are equipped to handle difficult situations and be problem solvers like their staff (Raven and Josh). It a time when brick and mortar stores are closing the customers that walk in their doors should be treated with respect. I don't recommend anyone shop at the Lowe's on Baseline and Rural, Temp AZ. You will receive better service at anyone of the Home Depots in the area.

Staff inattentive. Ignored for an hour+ when trying to chase down staff to unlock tools (including a $5 Allen wrench set locked up like Fort Knox) Didn’t even know what an MDF board was. Just got to a different store

I hate this store so much, and management I see how they treat their employees and it’s disgusting, management doesn’t care about anything but themselves. it’s ridiculous, all the managers are rude & unhelpful.I only like 2 of the managers to be honest, and the cashiers are okay, there was this one short girl with like gray hair rats nest if you ask me, she’s so rude, she thinks she is better then everyone lol, she looks like she’s on crack. also some cashiers love to act like they own the store and boss people around, yikes this store is disgusting, and the lights are so dim, Home Depot is better to be honest.

I used to come here all the time as I live in neighborhood behind store. Now I guess, I have to start going to Home Depot because they now have everything locked behind cages and no one to open them. The store has always been short staffed but manageable. Now there's no one to be found. Good luck to you but it's time to move on.

I am a combat veteran and for anyone considering any type of home renovation, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Lowe's Home Improvement. A year ago we purchased kitchen cabinets in cash. They arrived damaged. It took months for them to reorder. When we thought the store reordered, we found out that they forgot to place the order. A year later, we finally got our cabinets installed but they are still damaged. The lack of communication is ridiculous. On top of all that, they only want to compensate us $104 of $24,000. Worst company to do business with. This is a shame how they treat combat veterans.

Would give zero stars if I couldPlace was almost empty -now I know whyLooked at Christmas tree storage bags, Christmas wreath storage bags etc.One person was snotty and said well it says 75% off holiday "stuff".At register of course things didn't right up that way. One gal clerk who looked like she hasn't slept for a month, said they did come out 75% off (which they didn't).One would think someone, particularly at the self check out as no other areas were open, would know that 75% off is a substantial discount and not the same as like 10%. Anyway after I showed her the discount on my phone she seems flabbergasted.I asked to speak to a manager who never came out but a supervisor came out and told me, opposite of what another supervisor had told me --that they were on sale and 75% off.Waited for manager.... cricketsApparently he was on break, but anyway wouldn't waste his time coming out to speak to me.Well guess what, I won't waste my time going back either. This place is way over staffed, tonight with people that don't know what is on sale, or care if someone was told the wrong price / discount.Home Depot has much better customer service.I can see why this store was almost empty.Disappointing service varies way too much here depending on the shift.I asked twice, kindly, to speak to a manager while four employees stood around.Upon leaving I said that I was unhappy since I wasn't allowed to speak to the management. Crickets.Half the employees, but trained with motivated shift that cares would do the place justice. Management needs to be replaced or trained or to care.
