We used to throw axes when they were located off rural and southern. We preferred the throwing lane layout at that location (better for small groups). This location is a major upgrade in regards to ambiance but it's obvious that that cost has been passed onto the patrons. It was $140 for 4 people to throw axes for one hour. Definitely felt like it is no longer an inexpensive date night option.

Worst experience ever. I've been to a couple of axe throwing places before, but this one I don't recommend. Basically just left us alone, and never checked in on us. We received practically no coaching, and we had two newbies with us that didn't hit almost anything. We had someone come and look at us for a bit, and then just walked away. They weren't even busy. Why ask for a tip, when there will be no coaching??? Crazy. For the price, just legit set up something in your backyard. Do not recommend.

My New Year's Eve birthday was spent throwing axes, and even though I'm not very good, it was fun.

I’ve thrown at venues all across the country and this is definitely one of my favorites now! Thanks for a great time. Please start a Sunday league!

Lumberjaxes has so much more potential than we were able to find. We went on a Friday night and it was almost empty, which is fine as we were walkins. Both the host at sign in and the bartender were super friendly and efficient. Our axe throwing specialist was nice, but recited her tutorial too quickly and quietly. It would have been nice to have her come check on us to give us advice, but she was off mopping floors. The place was cheerfully decorated for Christmas, though had a heavy chemical smell from the mopping....there was a lot of mopping going on...a surprising amount of mopping! The best part of Lumberjaxes is that they serve food and alcohol, while many axe places don't.So, I'd recommend Lumberjaxes if your throwing crew is well-versed in throwing, wants to drink (and not byob), and needs little instruction from staff.

This place has grown to a 6 lane byob throwing space, to a full experience bar with food. Are throwing is still the primary and is always fun. We had a work event with 30 plus people and it was such a success. The staff were friendly, and engaging for every one of every skill level. Would go again, and again.

It was just a girl friend of mine and me out for drinks and I was a bit intimidated when she suggested we go axe throwing but we decided to come here to get out of the cold and have some fun. There was an hour wait but we were greeted by a very friendly face and they let us check in and leave to go get dinner. They text when our lane was ready. Alyssa the host, was spectacular. She was friendly, fun and informative and def gave us the confidence we needed. It was much more fun than anticipated. There were multiple waitresses that stopped by to make sure we had whatever we needed. The only reason I gave it four stars is the boards were a bit worn and one or two on each target needed to be replaced and were def harder to stick because of the damage but I’m sure it’s hard to keep up with the targets in such a busy place. We didn’t order food so idk how it is but the cocktail service was great.

Went to this place for the first time and loved it! It's so much fun! The music was great and the pizza is amazing. The sauce is the best I've had!

Pretty good place. If 6 plus people you will get two lanes. So if under 6 split in two different groups and you will get two lanes. Little expensive 38$ per person per hour.

Front desk staff was very good and helpful. However, the bar staff and waitstaff left a lot to be desired. The bartender was irritated about something and she let everyone see it. When we sat to eat after throwing axes, it took forever for someone to get to the table for our orders. We almost went somewhere else. I would recommend the axe throwing, but not necessarily the restaurant.
