This is a small, locally owned mail shop with novelty candy and soda in the store. Notably, they open earlier than nearby post offices. The ability to mail packages before 9am during the week is very useful.

It's 5:22. Hours say you are open till 6pm. No one there, lights off. I've always given you my business. Maybe I need to go somewhere else. Disappointing!

I sent a letter certified mail, only to track in 2 weeks later and find out they input the addresses backwards and USPS was trying to deliver it to me, instead of where it was supposed to be sent to. When I called they offered no resolution to this matter, and said they would charge me to send it correctly once I receive it again from the post office. They also overcharges my wife when she sent a letter overseas. Avoid the hassle and go directly to the post office.

This place overcharges 3 times to mail international packages than the USPS. Not only do they overcharge, the packages are being sent to customs, which is an additional cost. That's where the items get lost, and are never delivered. Trying to track the package down, and all it says is it's still in transit, yet the store says, no it's there, it's just waiting to be cleared. I went back into the store today, again, no manager or supervisor available. I said that they needed to call the owner, as the package is NOT in Germany. They told me to track it myself! I said no! That's not my job! I paid $88 to mail this package, it's been more than a month, it's been lost, no way to track it, and I want a refund! The employee called the owner, who didn't answer. I said give me his number and I will call. He answered. He became irate, called me stupid for paying that much, and then proceeded to tell me that he doesn't talk to stupid, and hung up on me! This place does not guarantee their shipping like they say, and they are NOT lower priced than anyone else. They deserve ZERO STARS! As the owner, I would never have come across like that to a longtime customer, or any customer. He is a bully and a crook.... Take your business elsewhere, because this place doesn't care about your lost packages, and thinks very low of their customers.

Had almost no boxes available for shipping items. Smallest available was 12 inches on each side. Store looks almost barren. Won't last long like this

I used to avoid this store because of the service but I saw it was under new management so I decided to try it. I came in with several things to accomplish and the friendly, helpful team members assisted me in achieving them all...for far less than I expected. It looks good in there, there's upbeat music, and they have so many services. I was there for both 45 minutes and was totally comfortable for the safety protocols and social distancing in place. I'm delighted and will be back regularly!

Brought an envelope for my wife to mail to her family in California. Paid for 2-day Fedex delivery. The package never arrived. Tracking states package is undeliverable and is being returned to sender- Postal Mail and More. Fedex assigned a new return tracking number that showed it being accepted by an employee at Postal Mail and More. I called them to check on the package and was told they don't have it, and the employee that signed for it is no longer employed there.I find out the package was addressed to my in-laws PO Box, which Fedex won't deliver to. The employee who took the package originally should have noticed that and suggested another form of shipping or asked for another address to ship the envelope to. When I called to see it the package was there and told him about the PO Box address, his reply was a slow "Oh, yeah. That won't work"I was never notified when the package was returned to Postal Mail and More, and now it appears the envelope is lost, or stolen! This was a fairly expensive transaction and was handled very poorly. I'm really disatisified.

Second time here was impressively worse than the first time.2 of 5 staff were wearing face masks, all 5 visibly had masks on them. Younger staffwere friendlier, and wanted to help me quickly, but there's appears to be communication and technical problems and interruptions from owners. The greeting I received from the older woman ended up being insulting. There are better and safer places to go.
