I'M NOT SATISFIED, I'm mad, and I want my money back! They OVER CHARGE for nails that are not long, and didn't offer a discount for being a first time consumer. This set is NOT worth $55.00 and the manager needs to contact me ASAP. I recommend NOT to go there.

I never got her name but she was bomb! This was a birthday treat for me as I haven't had a pedicure since covid. Thank you sister Shonda Gene for recommending this spot. I think I'll keep coming back! Very clean and she hooked my toes and massaged the HECK out of my legs

My daughter went in for a full set and wanted black French tips. An older gentleman did them and her nails came out with bubbles in them and with blotchy black tips. We will not be going back.Service: Acrylic nails

I've been here before and they've done great but the last few times I've gone my nails have ended up looking like jelly beans or they crack within a day or two. Also, after removing the dip powder, my natural nails are so thin that they hurt. The lady that does the waxing is very good but today my niece and I went and another lady did it, I believe she is the owner, and she took way too much of my right eyebrow. I will be using much more eyebrow makeup to make up for the loss of hair for a few weeks for sure. And then she burned my niece's eyelid with the wax. We didn't realize the burn until we got home. We will not be going back.

I went here due to a friend's recommendation. They lady that does the pedicures does a really great job. Tiffany also did a great job on my acrylic set.However, on all my other visits, I've somehow ended up with the older gentleman doing my acrylics/manicures. He does an awful job.At first I thought it was because they were busy and he rushed. The second time though, he was in a rush, doing a sloppy job, and it wasn't busy.The third time I called and asked to be booked with the person who could do the best job, because i was going to a wedding, and Tiffany would not be available that week. Needless to say I ended up with the older gentlemen again. I got a regular manicure in hopes that he would do a decent job on that, but no. If I did my manicure myself it would look better than what he did.He's a nice man, but DONT let him do your nails. You will be disappointed.

Do not recommend- went in for a fill and had to get my nails completely redone at another place two days later. They were crooked, uneven and the polish was blotchy.

I have been going to this location for the past 5 years, they have never once disappointed. I love a quick, seamless manicure or pedicure that is reasonably priced - if you do too, then this is the place for you!

Not a great experience. He rubbed the sides of my nails to far down it was burning and hurting so bad on two fingers. The polish work was bad. He didn't even clean off the old polish right. Sat under the blue light for too long and was still soft when I left. I was upset. Idk why they have to act rude and act like they don't want to work on your nails when that's their job. No customer service at all. I also asked which one they recommend for nude color. Younger gal told me there should be plenty on the wall. I asked which one, I said I don't see "nude" on any of them. Than they talked amongst themselves when you can't understand. Worst experience. Now my nails hurt and look crappy
