This is the place to get your car looking good. They did an awesome job on my car and the customer service was TOP NOTCH! I am comforted knowing if I get hit again by a crazy driver I have a team like this place to get me back on the road. Now if we can only get rid of dumb drivers AZ would be paradise.

Don't use Master tech .they had my truck for 3 months got little work done the truck is still not complete screws are missing the paint job has hairs and other debris in it the work on the engine area is low rate at that, no chalking in places screws missing and shotty work all together . If you call them mark has a excuse for everything they were supposed to order parts they never replaced that's now been a month and a half with no call to update me the customer at all . I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company.Update took back to master tech they did some (fixing) of the final problems. First they tried to wet sand my hood and now it's all scratched the fender flare was put on with chalking. They kept the truck for 6hr and then washed it with the dirtiest towel they could find the there was paint all over my black nerf bars and windows. If at all anything I have my truck ..... if you use this company look over thier work because it may be half done .????Services: Painting

Took my Mazda SUV that was a month old here after I side swiped someone trying to park. My car looks brand new again. They had fast, efficient, reliable service. I would absolutely recommend and use them again. I can’t believe you can’t even tell this happened. The office was very helpful and the work speaks for itself. Took my car in for insurance repair estimate. They estimated the price then insurance company deemed my car a total loss. Which was okay but when I received my car back items I had in the car were missing. Called them to ask about them and they said they had some items from it they held onto for me. When I picked them up there was a $150-$200 jumpstarter that was not there. The person there put it off on the tow truck driver and progressive ins. Put it back on them while nobody thought to or.even mentioned having it replaced. I personally do not recommend anybody taking their car to Master Tech Collision or getting insured by Progressive Insurance Company. Another sad case of companies not taking accountability for property left in their care. As well as an insurance company that gets paid to insure your property not resolving nor replacing insured property loss

Took our truck her to fix up some damage from an accident. From the moment we stepped in the office we were greeted with professionalism & attentiveness. Marc was awesome listening to our concerns since this our first time being in an accident. Fanny was always so pleasant and kind when I called for status updates or concerns from the alerts I was receiving (totally sounded like a crazy lady I'm sure lol). I HIGHLY recommend this shop for any repairs. If we ever need work again we will be bringing it back here.Services: Welding

Dropped my car off before I left for vacation. Picked it up in perfect condition upon my return. With the shortage of parts these day I was worried this bumper repair would take months but instead was repaired promptly. Car was returned clean and I received amazing communication from shop with updates. Great experience overall.

Excellent service, great staff and always a stellar job done - highly recommended! I had some paint transfer from an unknown vehicle and some minor chips and scratches from normal wear & tear, and the guys at Master Tech were able to have me in and out in under two days as promised. I have used them several times on numerous high-end vehicles and their work is always top-notch. Thanks guys!
