The customer service is incredible, incredibly helpful, supportive, kind, and super passionate. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist with any gear questions, concerns, or inquiries. The entire rental process is smooth, seamless, easy, and affordable, with fairly priced rentals. The gear is always ready for pickup and in pristine condition. The new studio space is a perfect, clean spot with access to lighting for rent and more than enough space. They are highly recommended.
I did a video workshop with Kevin and it was incredible. So much value in just a few hours to learn even more fundamentals and skills that would take my videos to the next level. I got to ask questions and get hands on practice w during the workshop. Will be back. Thanks for hosting these!!
