I'm a collector. I have dozens and dozens of action figures from McFarlane Toys. I recently reached out to McFarlane Toys Store and Customer Service regarding massively disappointing problems with one of the newest figures -- and it's not just mine, it's all of them -- and nobody cares.Unfortunately that wasn't my first unpleasant interaction with the store, either. They're only concerned about upholding their precious policies, not acknowledging a customer's concerns or making things right.I spent many years in management, I'd be furious if any of my employees interacted with a customer the way I have been spoken to by representatives of this company. I don't think I've ever had a worse experience as a customer.I hoped for better from Todd McFarlane.

Worst customer service. Order arrived with multiple items having defective pieces. No number to call customer service, only email. Customer service admitted all the pieces in house were damaged and refused to replace and told me to fix them myself. What customer wants to pay hundreds of dollars plus shipping (most companies offer a free shipping option) to receive damaged items you have to try to look normal? If the company can't repair the items before shipping, how could a customer fix it? I can't even sell the products without discounting for the damage. Give your business and loyalty to other companies that value you as a customer.

I ordered one of their online exclusive Gold Label figures, but when it arrived, it had two left feet. Upon informing them of the QC issue, they immediately rushed out a new one to me at no charge, and on top of that sent me an exclusive Batman comic book. They really care about their customers and will go the extra mile to do right by them.

Excellent customer service. Received a double pack Flash that had the wrong hands. They were so nice to send me the correct hands. Great DC Multiverse line.

I have sent mcfarlane 5 emails to customer serviceand have heard crickets. I sent them pictures of receipts and the QC issues and I have heard nothing. I'm over the product and tiredof being treated like another sheep customer

terrible company with no care given to customer service! does not honor pre-orders at local comic shops and opts to ship to big box stores instead. Literally when you call their cs line it says it is full and redirects you to main menu . No matter what extension you try no answer. They only care about making a buck screw the customers that already paid!

Good quality products (even with some themes most people wouldn't expect), and great customer service. However, certain aspects of both the products and company are lagging (such as actually having to email customer service, which could inconvenience some, and having to accept complaints of certain (but relatively rare) parts of toys either not working or breaking).

I purchased an evil Rick & Morty play set for my daughter for her Easter Basket. She was so excited to see it and open it, she LOVES R&M. When she first opened it she said, "Um, I think some pieces are missing. I dont see the portal part." I told her to put it together and see what was missing. Well, ALOT was missing. A lot of pieces used to construct the set as well as the portal piece. She was unable to build the set. I took it back to the store and explained the situation, how so mcuh was missing. I even showed them photos of how little my daughter was able to build. The store said I had to contact McFarlane and get the missing pieces sent out, they could not do anything. So, I contacted McFarlane and explained the situation to them. This is the email I get back, taking no responsibility and not sending out the pieces for me. "Thank you for contacting McFarlane Toys Customer Service regarding the Evil Rick & Morty construction set. Under normal circumstances where there are a few pieces missing we would be happy to replace those missing few as this could have been an oversight at our factory. However as there is such a large quantity missing from your set, there implicates that the item was tampered while at the store, or was a resold returned item. Therefore the store is responsible for its tampering and ultimately rectifying to the consumer for the product. We will not be able to reimburse such a large quantity of bricks so the best thing to do is to return your item to the Point of Purchase for an exchange or refund, depending on the stores' return/exchange policy." Needless to say, we will not be buying any more McFarlane products. I do not want to spend the money to only get 1/2 the toy I am supposed to be paying for. Pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service and trying to make things right. Oh, and my daughter is super bummed out as well. Thanks guys! Not sure why there is no option to add photos, but I do have them!
