They have over charged us since day 1. They can't seem to bill the right insurance even after 4 separate phone conversations and another with my insurance company. Do NOT trust this company with you or your child's welfare.....it will cost you!!!

I called Medtronic’s 800 number and got good service. My “controller” seemed frozen and wouldn’t work. After following instructions to move the battery, the functionality came back and everything works now.
