The people who work there made it very complicated, my phones are ready for any company and they couldn't, they said I had to talk to the customer service of the company where I am to be able to change with them, I went and they showed me easily where You can see that the phone is unlocked, something that the employees should know, leaving my old company I ran into cricket, I went in to try there and they were fast, cheaper and very friendly, he did everything by himself, he only asked me for help to unlock my phones, in less than 20 minutes we were already part of cricket... very simpleI'm glad I tried and didn't go back to the subway, knowing they wouldn't be able to

The staff at this location are awesome. They were very helpful and patient, which means a lot to me. Jason and Ari (I think that's her name) help steer to great choices on my phones and plans. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Ypu won't be disappointed.

Worst place ever, when I got there at 11am it was close for like an hour. I don’t understand why because the place says “open until 10pm” plus the guy with the bear and tattos didn’t want to help me at all “come tomorrow to schedule an appointment” yeah sure. Really he is only chilling in his phone and sending every customers away with “sorry I cant help you, you have to call customer service.”

I had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, Jason and Fernando at this location. They were amazing, professional and had stellar customer service! 10/10 definitely recommend.I was feeling defeated from other phone carriers and just went in to get some basic phones.. Carlos was the first to say hello as I walked in. He walked me through the store, explaining the deals they had going on right now (which by the way are amazing), answer all my questions and really made the experience a whole lot better. Carlos deserves a raise! Honestly, all three do! Jason was the manager and he was also great, gave me all the info I needed and even made sure I was getting the best deal possible. I came back the day after to get my FREE PHONE LINE FOR LIFE (You have to wait 24hrs, only on new accounts I think) and met Fernando. He was polite, quick and efficient. He even was able to help out a little bit with my account since I didn't realize I had a lock on my debit card. He set it up so instead of me having to come back to the store after unlocking my debit card I could do it online.These guys are amazing, go see for yourselfThank you again guys!! I'm super happy and I LOVE my new phone.

The staff was ok. We were ready to buy, she says you can only lease it for $15 to $20 a month. By the time she said that, my son and I and 2 other sales. Maybe her hands were tied .

WORST EXPERIENCE! Had to get a new phone and was told that the charger did not include a box, but was NOT told that it was a propriatory box and that I needed to buy a new one. At 10 p.m. when I was ready to charge my new phone, to my dismay, the box I had did not work. I would have purchased one with my phone had I been told. Returned to this location the next day only to be told that the cost for a simple box was $40. I am retired, on a very fixed income. The phone purchase itself really stretched my budget. HAD to charge my phone so I purchased the box, but later found one online for 1/3 the cost , after checking the receipt for the return policy I ordered a new one. It came yesterday afternoon. I returned to this location with their box, receipt, original packaging only to be told that the return policy only applied to the "device" and that the charging box is an accessory and as such is non-refundable. I DON'T NEED TWO CHARGING BOXES. So unhappy!!! Never going to this location again and maybe looking for a new provider. Really mad!

Do not believe the bot answers about how great this branch is. Fernando gave me attitude and was rude with me. Bad customer service Fernando hopefully your boss reads this and manages you to be a good employee.

This Location is the worst Metro PCS store i have ever been. Very bad customer service. Fernando was so rude, customer service very poor and commented on my accent, told me to leave his store. Fernando has no idea how to fix a phone. Never had a problem with Metro PCS before and i don't recommend this location to anyone. They are unprofessional and condescending.
