The owner is super helpful and provides honest advice on repairs. I got my laptop screen replaced here a month ago. It is on the pricey side but the work is good and efficient. The new screen is working well.

It was very good man. And do anything perfect and he is honest man. He explain everything to the customer such as after market part and the orginal part. And when he workes you can see the all the steps off your repair and enjoy about his fixing. He is perfessional repair man. When you see his shop you can see everything about the apple phones IPads and mac.

The gentleman that helped me today was very helpful and friendly. I was here yesterday due to camera issues from a screen replacement from a different company and he helped me within 15 minutes with the issue. The next day I came in for the back screen replacement since a completely different and separate company could not do it. Altogether was a great experience and would recommend this place for any phone repairs!

The most effective cell phone technician I've met in Phoenix and surrounding areas! Super fast and reliable. Mike owns this shop and he actually cares for the reputation of his business. This is the third time I brought a phone in the last 2 years and every time I fixed them in less then 2 hours, one battery failure, and two pool accidents. Knowledgeable, professional and on top of that a real good sense of humor.

When I arrived, Mike assisted me in repairing my iPhone screen. After accidentally dropping it, I initially thought it couldn't be fixed, but to my surprise, he managed to complete the repair in just 15 minutes. His quick service and expertise were truly impressive.

I had a very frustrating experience with Microfix when I took my laptop there to get the screen fixed. Initially, I trusted them to do a simple screen replacement, but they ordered the wrong screen. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they asked me to buy a new screen and pay for that as well, along with the cost of the wrong one they initially ordered.
To make matters worse, they refused to return the full amount I paid, and the technician had the audacity to insist that he wasn't at fault in the first place. It was an incredibly unprofessional and disappointing interaction.
The experience left me feeling like I was being scammed. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this place. It's essential to find a repair shop that values honesty and customer service, which unfortunately wasn't the case here.

Daughters ipad needed new battery. Took it in Tuesday. Expected it to take a day or so. It was ready that afternoon. Reasonable pricing and friendly service. Wish I had more electronics that needed fixing. This is the place to go. So glad I found them. A+
