I went in a month ago, and they quoted me over 3000 for every upsell they could do: new battery, new shocks, new tires, all-new oil, air filter, and much more. I told them I’d go to the mechanic near my parents. I just got it back from him after doing a full safety check, and the only thing wrong was my fuel cap was a bit messed up. The battery is fine, the tires are good, and the shocks and struts are all fine. If you're a woman, be wary; they do not expect you to get a second opinion and want your money. Mind you, I went in for an oil change, a 60-dollar service to a couple of grand. LOL

Nathan was a gem, he patched my tire, gave me little end pieces so tires look great, and didn't charge me a dime?! What a business! Thank you!! I'm a new fan.

Nathan was on point with customer service. He explained every fixture that needed to be done and why. He went the extra mile to help me find the right tire for my car. I also would like to give a shout out to Mike and Isaiah who also gave excellent customer service. I give an A+.
