Are the poor reviews of Midfirst Bank on College Avenue equitable? I’ve experienced expert financial guidance and unsurpassed service from the same staff for the past five (5) years. Interest rates are reasonable, parking is a breeze, and the Saturday hours are ideal. What’s not to 💚 about MF on College.

• Took around 30 mins to open a new checking account
• The staff was helpful and the staff member happily answered all of my questions
• Gave the debit card within 30 mins so if you are an international student, it will be a plus point (some banks take a week)
Review about the Bank in general:
• Getting an appointment: There's some issue on their website I believe or they have specifically made it to create hype. Even if there's availability and the staff member are available, you cannot take an appointment. And there's the issue of rescheduling the appointment.
• The bank app is not that great but the staff is pretty helpful in case you need anything to be done

This MIdFirst location is so pretty and comfortable! They also have free customer parking. The staff quickly helped us when we came in for a banking service.
